I had a front end collision, drivers side. Gerber had my car for 80 days! 80! Finally when I went to pick it up The paint on the hood is not repaired. I asked why didn't they repair the paint on the hood? It was a front end collision! she said they are rock chips. It was not rock chips. it was caused from the collision!!!. So I paid over $14,000 for repairs and they didn't even fix it. After 80 days I expected it to be repaired correctly and look good.! Horrible experience. Take your car somewhere else.

Wow where can I start??? First of all, this place is amazing ... they have amazing customer service and they are truly amazing and very timing, once my car was tow there, they jumped right on it, it came out beautiful, they matched the color 100%, Nate and Jorge are great people to work with.. Jorge dealt with most of my phone calls and Nate was wonderful the day I picked up my car too.. I recommend this place to go too if you ever need a car repair they will make your car look nice and brand new!! This place is amazing!!! - Adriana

Great customer service, they provide daily updates and the work was great. They replaced a bumper, and matched 100% to the original part. Adam was great every step of the way. Hopefully I will never need them again but should I need collision repair they will be my #1 option.

Someone hit me while I was packed and I sustained bumper damage. They admitted guilt. Dropped my car off on a Friday wad picked it up on Tuesday. Looks great, can't even tell. Worked with Jorge. He was professional and personable. I highly recommend Gerber Collision for repairs.

This is my second time over the years coming here. The first time was years ago when someone side swiped my car in a parking lot and took off. They did a great job with the repair. Communication is excellent! Now here I just had my catalytic converter stolen off my car. I had a higher deductible and was stressing due to the holidays being 2 wks away. They had my car done in 1 day. Their communication again was excellent. And I got a pleasant surprise that the replacement cost quite a bit lower than my deductible which made me so happy. I am an older female and would trust Gerber with all my future car repairs without worrying that they are going to price gouge me. Employees are very professional and very kind people as well.

My insurance brought my car here after it was hit. I was so scared and worried not knowing what was going to happen since I had never been in such a situation.Gerber did an amazing job with communicating with me and updating me about my car. It took about a month and a half for my car to be fixed. My baby came out of this place looking brand newww. I was so content with their work!The employees were friendly and the complete process was smooth, thank you!

Had a windshield repaired and now need to get it replaced as the original repair was not done properly and I have water leaking. I contacted the claims rep, then she forwarded me to Mr. Kirk Fouts, the regional service manager, who I've emailed and called numerous times over the past 3 weeks, but still have yet to hear back.This pathetic customer service speaks volumes to the substandard quality of this company.I would HIGHLY recommend you stay clear of doing any business with them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Insurance claim was turned in a week ago for a broken sunroof. I was told by a Glass America Rep that they needed to use OEM and a local dealer had one in stock, and was waiting on my insurance company to approve the OEM. Insurance approved and Wednesday....since that time I've been told several times that a manage would call me and update me if they'd even ordered the glass. Manager never called. They never answer the phone...you have to push 1 to be set up for a call back. On a couple occasions I had to wait over 5 hours for them to call back, and then just got the run around. No one could or would tell me if they ever ordered the glass. I contacted my insurance company and had the claim transferred to a different company.

Gerber did a good job on my truck after i hit a deer. My estimator, Mallory, made sure to address my concerns personally! I hope to never have any more vehicle damage but i would bring it back here if it happens. Thank you.

I won't go into details, but we ended up with roof damage. If you have USAA insurance, this is one of their preferred shops. So that's where we took it.They provided an estimate, and pretty much handled everything on the insurance side. They gave regular updates (mostly via text) about the status of the car. They didn't seem to rush, either. They had the car for over three weeks, but it takes time to do something right. I accept that, and even expect it. They fixed the damage, and then even sent it to the dealer to deal with some "codes" during the final check-out of the vehicle.I just picked it up, and it's like new. You would never know something happened. So far I haven't noticed any issues. No rattling, no funky issues with the electronics (the antenna was damaged, which also has the GPS in it), etc.They seemed to do a good job, and they guarantee it for life. Just call them if there is a problem. Can't beat that.

I didn't get a free replacement I got the other one same place 5-14-20 had it for a while,it just cracked that young dude said it had a small nick like a rock hit it .I guess they don't want to replace it So I told him let it go . So I switched windshield shop to fix it hope it last longer then those freaks !

I have to put at lease a star called my insuy to get the windowshield replaced they got everything set up. The day off I called that the tech called in sick and they left a number to call back to reschedule tried calling it and no answer. So then I get a message in email not a call that the appointment is the next day remind you got that Monday but since no one answered I called my insurance company to switch glass companys. I would not recommend any one to a place with bad customer service.

Deep scratch in paint from equipment used to put windshield in and dent in driver side door from installer trying to close the door with hip. (Cabin air pressure on glass avoidance) Sent manager receipt for the dent and was told would have reimbursement check by May 24th. Company has not sent check and is not returning communication requests.
