I found the unicorn GNC, and I feel motivated to go back. They have an updated loyalty program that actually saves money and the manager Justin is incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much just in the few minutes we interacted. Mesa Riverview on Dobson is where this mythical place exists. It’s tucked away just like a gem. Justin and his staff WILL take care of you. Thanks for being decent and kind, I’m a convert.

Justin is the man. Very knowledge and knows his stuff. His product knowledge of everything in the store is impressive. I will never buy another product without checking with him first. Do yourself a favor and talk to Justin whether you are an experienced gym rat or just starting.

Just like with, Brittany Tinnin, Justin was awesome. I went in Wednesday to grab some creatine and protein. Full of knowledge and expertise when it came to suggesting products for the person, not the sale. Justin formulated everything so I could come in the next day to capitalize on the Buy 2 get 1 deal with amazingly suggested products! Best customer experience at GNC by far. Thank you Justin, really!

I’ve had 2 awesome experiences with this GNC location, the last visit being the reason I’m writing this review. Where should I begin, Justin is the most knowledgeable person I’ve talked to about nutrition and supplements. He gave me straight, honest answers with every question I had. Regarding my order, he made sure before I left, that I knew when and what I should be taking with my supplements. That kind of passion, and overall care for the customer is rare nowadays. Stop buying your overhyped supplements from TikTok and Amazon and go talk to Justin at GNC Mesa Riverview, you won’t be disappointed!

Met the manager Justin and he was great! Very very helpful. I’ve never been to a GNC where anyone was knowledgeable enough to help me buy products that would actually benefit me. I’m writing the review a day later to properly test out the product recommendations and they are spot on especially the lactose free protein and pre-workouts. Thank you Justin!

The last two times I've come here 10 minutes after opening the doors are still locked and no one is there. Very annoying

I see many reviews about this place wasting people's time and gas by not being open and falsely advertising their hours. Despite everyone placing this business on notice no changes have taken place to improve the situation and the store still has no employees and remains closed with the lights out every time I go. It's a shame and it destroys the GNC name

Don’t bother coming at 10 or 10:30. Non employees open. Probably recovering from last nights bar ?. The one time I don’t get my stuff in amazon and it’s closed

Came at 4:00 on a Saturday and there was a sign stating "be back in 10 minutes" however I waited half an hour and no employees returned to the store. Complete waste of my time.

This gnc has a great location near our gym and home. However many times I have come and the product I've searched for isn't in stock not to mention today is the third time the store is assigned to be open yet the doors are locked and no one is inside.

I have been to this store 3 times in two months during posted open hours only to find the door locked and no employees anywhere in sight. It is a waste of time and gas and extremely unprofessional.

Came at 12pm on a Sunday, store was still closed. Seems to happen often at this location.
