Terrible employee - horrible customer service !Went to GNC on Signal butte today to exchange some pre workout that got delivered with lots of moisture in it. BTW it’s $65 a canister so I’m not okay with it.The guy working there told me to come back when his manager was there.I refused since he could just call his manager and find out how to exchange the items.He wouldn’t call his manager so I called GNC myself. They gave him a reference # and gave him permission to exchange these items as a one time Courtesy since they were purchased online.He said what do you want me to do with this reference number?!? I said ugh well you write it down and give it to your general manager. He was instructed on what to do but he said no I’m not doing that.He took the replacements from me and said I’m not doing this and told me to get out of his store. He literally kicked me out of his store‼️He said you’re rude so get out of my store.I asked for the managers name and he refused! What a jerk

This location has the friendliest staff. The guy who helped us was so informative and kind. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made sure we knew how the programs work. Great location, easy to get to. I will shop here again for sure.

Apparently none of these stores open on time anymore! I come to shop for Pro days on my day off to find store closed at 11:05. Such a terrible company with so much mismanagement from the top down. Will not be renewing Pro and shopping here anymore!

Been a GNC fan since High School back in the 70's, very happy with the products and service from this Mesa location. Milan always filled with knowledge not just a cashier, sad to see Milan no longer @ this location , now you have a guy that's just a cashier, clueless of your products and what your products do for a person. Walked in Friday afternoon looking for Deer Antler drops, was clueless where it might be in the store and even more clueless what it was. Ask about some pre-workout stated here they are on this shelf...duh? GNC whether your a Corporate location or a franchise, you need people like Milan!!! Read reviews from a year ago, Milan is the man!!!!

I visited the GNC Riverview location today, 4/21/2021, at 2:30 p.m., and was disappointed to see the young man, who was the only clerk in the store, not wearing a mask. Both my husband and I were wearing masks, as the sign posted outside the store indicated was required. When challenged the young man claimed that he had lost his mask, and had no idea where it was. He went on to state that a mask really provided no protection, and suggested that my husband and I research the matter. As he claimed he was relying on science as support for his opinion, I inquired what his field of study was, and he replied, "dietetics." I pointed out that the study of dietetics did not make him an expert on communicable diseases. I further referenced the advice of Dr. Fauci on the matter. He responded that Dr. Fauci was "just being a crowd pleaser" in giving his advice regarding masks and protection against the corona virus. The young man continued to argue the matter, until my husband stated that he had no further desire to discuss it. Upon returning home, I researched, again, the CDC's and Dr. Fauci's advice re masks, and reconfirmed the importance of wearing masks when out in public, even after receiving the vaccine. If this young man's opinions are representative of GNC's official positions, I will no longer be a customer. GNC is supposedly a health and wellness store. Not taking recommended CDC safety precautions during a global pandemic hardly promotes health and wellness.

We started coming by as it is an Amazon hub so we took time to look around the store. Milan was most helpful, knew the products in great detail, answered our questions completely. We have since made several purchases and have been very happy with the products. We so appreciate Milan!!

Milan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable gr8 to see this person in your store, usually an associate doesn't really know specifics, not this guy, making this store my go to....bye bye OneStop and HiHealth
