Hi there, I was a customer for a bit over a year. My order in October had a manufacturing defect that left the bag unsealed. There wasn't much to do since the entire pallet was this way, but I ended up finding live grubs and gnats in the last third of the bag. The order in January arrived with minor tears from transport that I immediately taped, but the same grub issue was noticed in the last third of the bag. I had no idea this place was here but I am glad I found them. Super friendly staff and great prices on their products. They offer a 10% walk in discount but also do delivery for orders over $49. They carry a lot of the smaller brands you won't find at the big box pet stores, which is exactly what I was looking for. Best of all they had the cutest, most well behaved mascot, Olive, on hand to greet me and accept all my scratches. Made for a great visit! I recommend you definitely check them out!

Have now ordered dry dog food from Goober Pet Direct four or five times. Each transaction has been great. Good product availability, fair pricing, and super fast delivery. Very much appreciate it!

I have been using Goober Pet Direct for a couple years now and it is by far the best pet food service I have ever used. Whenever I am running short the next order is ready and promptly delivered like clockwork. The communication by the customer service reps is courteous and professional at all times. Couldn't be more happy!

I did a Google search for a particular type of dog food I had been searching for. This site came up and I clicked on it because it stated free delivery. They do NOT offer free delivery. Their delivery costs are ridiculously high. Needless to say I ended up ordering direct from the company, not from Goober!!!

So much love and appreciation to the folks at Goober Pet Direct.I've been ordering ny specialty dog food recommended by my vet for 3 years now.I recently have been working with a non profit here to feed homeless cats and do a round up once a year to get these strays spayed and neutered.Well I had the fortune of Goober Pet Direct to match me in a purchase for the stray cats in a food purchase which was so much appreciated and so helpful.I really like their hands on customer service and quick delivery of my dog food and I only use them for all my dog food needs now!What a great company and great customer service with to all humanity they have.50 stars wouldn't be enough.Thanks to all of you at Goober!
