If you plan to buy here, either be a mechanic, or have a good one you trust. We've purchased 5-yes 5-vehicles here, and pretty much got what you would anticipate for a high-mileage vehicle with no warranty, but since we're not "rolling in the dough" have accepted that. Last year-last week of Dec 2022- my husband walked in there and dropped half of his retirement money on his "dream" truck. Now, at the time we were and still are making payments on 2 vehicles with Good-my car and our daughters (neither has been exactly problem-free but fixable)-but he just fell in love with that truck. The transmission went out in less than 6 months, so it now sits until we can replace it. We called their mechanics-JML TRANSMISSIONS, and the transmission rebuild was almost double what everyone else was charging. I think that was where the ball was dropped on this vehicle when it was "checked over by their mechanic (JML Transmission-you'd think they'd pay particular attention to the transmission, since it's in their title-helloooooo?!!)" and the transmission was completely disregarded when said "checking out" was done. About half of the negative reviews on here are truck transmission issues-maybe their mechanic does this for a reason, as they're the place Good refers people to when inevitable problems occur.Please note-I have given this place rave reviews-always 5 stars-in the past, but this last purchase-made in cash-has caused us a LOT of misery and trust is gone. Sorry guys!

?I bought A LEMON ? car ?here and it cost me more then $20,000 with interest and after one month later I found ?out that the transmission ?needed work and the AC system needed repairs.and needs water pump I basically bought a lemon ? I tried to trade it but it’s not worth much in kbb. This was bad experience for me. I’ll never buy car here.

Best car buying experience yet! Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler to add to our family fleet! Found the Jeep on their website, emailed and got confirmation it was still available. Filled out all paperwork online, showed up later that afternoon and within 15 minutes we had the keys!If you are looking for a family ran business and is truth worthy, Good Car Company is the place to go. A few years ago my father and I have purchased a 2008 Honda Accord, a 2015 Ford f150 and a 2012 Lexus, in the recent years my father had passed away, and still to this day I have that 2008 Honda, they have phenomenal prices rock-solid vehicles, and top-of-the-line customer service, I highly recommend this dealership to anybody who wants a no pressure buying environment, the best advice, phenomenal customer service, and top quality vehicle at the end of it all, nothing short of satisfied with this dealership, should I be in the market for another vehicle again, this is the first dealership I'll be checking.

The salesman gave us the wrong key. He said he was on the phone. He couldn't move one car so we could drive the car for a drive that was kind of sad.

financed a 2016 dodge charger, had it for 12 days. was woken up to the good car company calling me to bring the car back in without getting my 6 thousand dollar down payment back. mind you were teens, first time buyers, and they tried to scam us when we haven't even had the chance to make our first months payment. we tried to work with them and they weren't cooperating with us. we had to forcefully turn in the car same day. had to argue with them in order to get my full down payment back. wouldn't recommend you spend your time or money with this company.

I was just outside looking at my truck thinking about the time I rode my motorcycle 6 hours to buy my truck from these guys, and how much I still love my truck 4 years later.They were upfront about everything, the math checked out, and I got a truck that I love. As an added bonus the financing was done through a credit union which is also a good company to do business with.I had a rotor go out within two days of buying my truck and they took care of it. No matter where I live in the country I'll check their inventory if I need a vehicle again; but my truck will probably last the rest of my natural life.

Flew in from out of state and bought a 2015 Silverado from them at market value. Within few weeks transmission started having issues. Just the drive home voided their warranty and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Would expect more than just a few weeks of reliability out of a $23,000 truck. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Let's be honest, buying a vehicle isn't always awesome. These guys are great! Family owned dealership that has amazing customer care. They were quick to make the truck I recently purchased from them what I needed and wanted in my price range. There was a noise coming from the cab, they new exactly what it was and fixed that along with one other thing I didn't notice when I test drove it. They were open, honest, and have integrity. You do see that much in many business these days. I would highly recommend Good Car Company to any of my family and friends. Thanks for an amazing purchasing experience Joe, Lou, and Team. Worked with Lou, Jr. in buying a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. He was respectful, professional, and organized. Gave me information upon request to help make a decision (for example, the Carfax for the Chrysler, which showed a decent history with recent repairs and an inspection). I did find a minor issue with the car's windshield spray, and they fixed it. I've had the car for a couple days now, and am happy with it. I feel as though I got a good deal and value for the Chrysler. No problems. I also interacted with other staff while there; they were nice and courteous. Recommended.
