My first time at this location really felt welcomed. My stylist was friendly. listened to what I was looking for with my haircut. End results was i got a great haircut and I will return, hopefully for a repeat performance.

I recieved the worst haircut in February and am still wearing a hat! It is extremely uneven!!! I've never been so embarrassed! I wrote a review and the owner said she would make it right if I emailed her with date of service and who my hairdresser was. Once I emailed her, she never responded!!!!! The lady who cut my hair Mellissa , talked crap about the customers and said if the owners daughter wasn't there that day she would have told off the lady who wasn't happy with her cut! Seriously disappointed and disgusted with this service. I realize I didn't have a huge budget to spend but I don't believe I got what I paid for. I would not recommend. My self esteem has suffered majorly from this.

First time going to this location. The woman who cut my hair was super friendly and greeted me with a handshake. This location is a little further than my usual one, but I'd definitely come back.

Came in today for a haircut a blonde woman named Jennifer cut my hair and it was the worst haircut I've ever had I asked for medium fade number two on the sides in the back and to match the top with a inch on top and she butchered my fade I had to go to sport clips to get it fixed thankfully for the ladies at sport clips the lady had to redo all of Jennifer's work.

Yesterday I waited for over 2 hrs, because my preference is to have Magaly cut my hair. This is not a complaint! There were 4 others waiting for Magaly ahead of me. I wonder why. Magaly is amazing with her scissors, she is precise and is very confident in her execution. Most important she listens carefully to what you want and will repeat it to you to confirm her understanding. On one occasion I didn’t wait for Magaly, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The day after that cut I noticed a large gap in the layering on the left side, I called Great Clips and Magaly graciously advised to come right in, and she fix my cut for me. The remedy resulted in my losing more length, but she did an amazing job. Beyond her expertise, Magaly is a very warm, professional, customer focused and caring person. Yesterday, I watched as she rushed to door, to hold it open for a customer using a cane, who just checked out (this was not her customer). This was not the first time I’ve observed this thoughtful behavior. I will continue to return to see and wait for Magaly. This review just might increase the wait time for myself and others, but it needed to be given. Thank you Magaly!

Signed in online this morning , got a text i was next up went in and CHRISTINA was awesome! Was just going to do a bang trim because they were hideous and in my eyes and I was almost going to cut them myself and then I said oh hell no and anyways I have face framing layers and I'm trying to grow my hair out so anyways I ended up getting a full hair trim and she cut my bangs perfectly and did my sides so on point for the face framing and then just took off just enough around The whole hair and very professional and very knowledgeable in the way she was cutting it and she textured my bangs and the sides and I am so happy one of the best haircuts I think I've got in a long long time!!! and a nice happy atmosphere!
