Asked them to cut my daughters hair a certain way and they didn’t listen after telling them multiple times , so only go here if you want anything other then what you ask for

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!! Went to get my hair cut and the stylist, Emily, entirely ignored what I asked for, decided to do her own thing, cut my hair lopsided, then in order to correct her mistakes wound up cutting ALL my hair off. My hair is now a quarter of an inch long. Even the manager tried to help her but she refused to listen to her suggestions. Go back to school to learn how to do hair correctly.

If you check in online you have a bunch of coupons bunch of stuff you have to look through before you can even check in that was a waste of time if they would just go right to Great clips check in that would be great BUT NO. And on the computer if you look up the time it will tell you 8 to 8...... But when you get here it open at 9. The website needs to be fixed
