I couldn't make an appointment by phone. Was told over the phone to use walk-in method and sit and wait. Or use the app. I tried the app and went to the wrong salon. They told me to sit and wait again. Forgot about all this nonsense. I'm finding a place that will take an actual appointment over the phone.

Took my granddaughter for a haircut to go from lower back length to shoulder length. The beautician was super nice, put her at ease and did a wonderful job. She loves her nee hairstyle.

The lady at the second chair on right side should pay more attention to cutting my hair then talking to the customer in chair one. I said don't cut back to short, we'll now my hair sticks up and will not lay down. Also around my ears one side is longer then the other side. A month ago same chair different lady did a great job. Not happy
