Why is your salon turning off the Open sign 45 minutes before closing time. Employee hanging out on their phone. Went down the street to Sports Clips which had 5 people getting hair cuts or waiting. Think of all the business you're losing because of this employee turning customers away

I had a fantastic experience at the McKellipps and Greenfield location in Mesa. I have naturally curly hair and avoid hair cuts as long as possible because nobody knows how to cut curly hair. My stylist cut my hair (dry, the way I like it) and I'm thrilled with results. My only regret is I didn't get his name.

The lady fixed my hair where I cut it before that and messed it up. I now have a sweet and sexy haircut.
Requested style: Short all over except for the bangs, very cute
Specialties: I watched the other hair stylist as I was getting my haircut and she was cutting a man's hair to a very stylish sexy haircut.
Stylist: I forget her name but she sure did an amazing job. And the other hair stylist did an amazing job on the man's hair that she cut

The ladies are super nice but my boyfriend went to get his hair cut and hadto ask the younger girl to fix the sides. After a few times asking, he gave up and we paid for a botched haircut to avoid any more mishaps

We just love the fun and friendly staff at our favorite great clips! Today the manager was being kind to my 4 year old, talking about her grinch stuffed animal. Suddenly the manager went to her office and brought out her own grinch stuffed animal! It was so much fun. Thank you for always making our experience so personalized and welcoming.

I think this is the worse haircut I’ve had. The scissors were dull and pulled hair as much at it cut. They made no attempt to manage the cut hair so I left filthy with cut hair. If I had planned to do anything after the haircut those plans would be ruined. I have to immediately go home and shower to remove this excessive amount of hair and change clothes.
