GreenPharms Dispensary Mesa is highly regarded for its friendly and knowledgeable staff, offering a welcoming and helpful shopping experience. Customers appreciate the store's unique setup, which resembles a supermarket, allowing them to walk in, have their ID checked, and then browse the selection with a shopping basket. The store features a variety of products, including flowers and vapes, with a notable focus on quality and variety. The recent remodel has improved the shopping experience, providing an open layout where customers can pick their own products directly from the floor, along with a deli-style bar for flower. Many visitors find the staff to be helpful and attentive, with some reports of staff going above and beyond to address customer concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service.
Deals and promotions are a highlight for some, especially during special events like grand reopenings. However, experiences with product pricing and quality vary. While some customers find the prices for carts and vapes to be high, others mention that they can find better deals elsewhere, such as at Jars in Mesa, especially on certain carts. There is also some dissatisfaction regarding additional charges, like bags, for medical patients, which some feel are unfair given the high taxes already applied.
Overall, GreenPharms Mesa offers a unique and friendly environment with good product variety, especially for connoisseurs, and strives to provide a great experience for its customers.

Update Really cool set up nice and open. You grab what you want then take to counter. They even have shopping carts.lol.
Flower is kept in Mason jars then weighed in front of you then sealed. Looks great but would think it would dry up faster.. the service was awesome, good deals also if ur a first timer.
