Honest, affordable, detailed and delicate work. Better than the jewelry store in the mall! Looks like new work, not sloppy soldering like Zal?s. Kind Spanish speaking man. Glad I have my dad who is fluent.

Will be filing charges and anyone that has taken their jewelry here I would advise to getting it tested, especially if it had real diamonds on it. Do not let them take your jewelry out of sight or leave it overnight. You will be able to look up police report and case number here soon as that's now in motion. Again, if you have ever been here before I would highly suggest getting your jewelry tested to see if it's real.

They steal your real jewelry and replace it with fakes, be cautious, I would take anything they sell or touch and then take it to a real jewelry to have it tested for lab diamonds and even zirconium. If you drop anything off to them, document it with pictures and have them sign a paper of what kind of stuff you are dropping off.

Beware! Robo! I dropped of my ring here for a small weld repair. When I picked it up, the center stone had been replaced by cubic zirconia. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Terrible customer service. If I could rate no stars I would. I dropped my jewelry off for a simple clasp repair at the start of the week on Tuesday morning because it holds very high sentimantal value to my partner and I wanted to repair it as a gift for our anniversary for the coming weekend. No cleaning, polishing nor replating were needed or requested, just an easy clasp fix. I walked in to speak with the woman behind the very dirty and dingy counter which left me with sticky debris covered hands and arms just from the brief contact with it. She never greeted me or acknowledged that I was there until I walked right in front of her to ask for help with my repair. She then said it would be ready within 24 hours but no more than 48 hours and that they would call me to let me know when it was ready for pick up. All the while as I'm trying to discuss the services with the employee a child that I could only assume was hers was stomping around irate and throwing an extreme tantrum causing me to have to speak up over the loud crying and screams just to get the conversation in. The child who was definitely old enough to know right from wrong clearly had never been taught any manners or how to behave properly in public but I dont blame the child, just the mother for lacking parental guidance and using their business as a daycare. Multiple days went by and because I didn't want to pester them by calling a million times I figured I'd give them a bit more time to do their job and let them reach out as they said they would. I never got a single call. Now it's Saturday the day before my anniversary and they still have not called me with an update or anything. It's the day before I am supposed to give the gift so I felt it desperately necessary to call and check in. I reached out to them DURING business hours 8 hours before they were supposed to close. The phone rang and was answered by a male (clearly he was at the store) and he said they "are closed and to call back Monday." When I stated that their website said they were open until 7:00pm his response was "We decided to close for the day" and left it at that. Obviously they are highly unprofessional, greatly lacking in communication and don't give any care what so ever to the customers they "serve" and the promises they make. Side note... I'm pretty sure this should be considered a second or third hand clothing store and obviously not a real jewelry repair shop based off the raggedy clothes that were thrown on racks and old beat up mannequins as if it were a garage sale. Maybe that was my mistake for trusting them after the experience I was having but I like to give the benefit of the doubt for most people especially small businesses who need it desperately right now. I was severly mislead by the empty promises. I highly suggest if you are considering going here to seriously reconsider and go ANYWHERE but here or you will be sorely dissatisfied and disappointed. Terrible terrible terrible business. This is coming from someone who has never written a poor review or any negative review for that matter proving they definitely left a sour taste in my mouth after dealing with them. Any positive reviews are likely false and are from themselves, family or friends because there is no way they provide excellent service. When it is finally "convenient" for them to let me pick my jewelry up after ruining my anniversary gift, I truly hope things are made right or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for sure.

I shopped around a bit when my wifes anniversary band lost a diamond, and needed repair. I went with the low bid and dropped it off at Guerrero's. As the primary business at this store is clothing, the jeweler was not in on any of the 4 times I visited, so I never spoke with him directly. The ring was ready 15 days later, however the repair added two retaining bars of gold, one on either side of the row of diamonds to retain them. this significantly altered the original design of the piece, which was a smooth band. The alteration was not expected or discussed in advance. fortunately for me, my wife was just glad to have it back, and didn't want to risk further work on the piece.

I'm sure the jeweler is good, however after weeks of delays I had to just cancel custom repair order
