I have bought many cars over the years, and this dealership is the worst I have dealt with. Dealing with the Manager back in 2022 was a poor customer service experience, and the service department doesn't really care about me as a customer in my opinion. I will never buy any car from this dealership, or its parent company Stellantis Automotive group again.

Had my rear differential replaced on my 2016 Wrangler. Everything went great. My noise is now gone. I feel I can trust this dealership and Darrell my advisor was awesome. Thank you so much

It's unwise to engage with this dealership; they prioritize taking your money over genuine customer care, leaving you feeling deceived and abandoned on the street.

I towed my car in on Friday November 17th. I was told that the "diagnostic" was going to be completed by Tuesday the 21st. I called that Tuesday and every day after to get an update and was told that they still didn't know anything. I finally escalated the issue on Wednesday the 29th I spoke with Brendon and finally got a "diagnosis" on Thursday 30th. Was told that that I would get my vehicle by this weekend. I call today to get an update (getting a call back is like pulling teeth) and am told that I will not be getting my vehicle. Mind you I have not had a vehicle for 14 days now. I ask about a loaner vehicle they "say" they don't do that but have a deal with Enterprise for $50 a day. If I would've taken them up on this "deal" I would've spent over $700 on a rental (aside from the repairs). The person that is currently assigned to my case (Anders) keeps saying "I'll see what I can do about a loaner" so that leads me to believe that they do have loaner Vehicles Im just not privileged enough for that or a call back apparently. This has been the worst experience I've ever had from a dealership and if I do not get a phone call tomorrow (as promised by Anders) I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureaus. I'm beyond frustrated, disappointed and defeated.

Horrible service, advisor and technician, no communication at all, left my jeep twice and it didn't get fixed at all, taking up to two weeks just to check it, can't believe how bad their service is!!!

Leo Leufkins was extremely helpful and very open and forthcoming about all information concerning the engine replacement I came to them for. If I had any questions he answered them as completely as possibly until I was satisfied. He also kept me updated every step of the way. 100% satisfied with the service I was given.

I had a such a positive car buying experience. I went in with skepticism but came out completely satisfied. This speaks volume about the service I received. Owen played a crucial role in making my dream of owning a Jeep Wrangler come true, showcasing expertise and professionalism. It is also noteworthy to mention that the finance manager handled the financial aspects with low pressure and clear communication. Mine was not an easy case, as I presented some credit challenges. The finance manager added a layer of trust and transparency to the process. From the initial process to closing the deal, I had a seamless car buying experience and look forward to many exciting adventures on and off the road with my new Jeep!

Buying a new car is always a tough process however Courtesy Jeep made it less painful. The dealership is beautiful and the price was right. My sales rep Britney was awesome and I highly recommend her! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the unwanted dealer add-on’s that they force you to purchase. Overall is was a fantastic experience.

Aaron at the service desk was wonderful! He made sure that I had a ride to work, a ride to pick car up after, and coordinated with 1st driver to return my phone to me at work before i got off!He was sure I understood what they were doing with the car. I was very impressed by the service there and how nice everyone was! Would definitely recommend them!

I bought a Dodge Charger earlier this summer. My sales man was Andrew Mai, who was wonderful, and that's the only thing that still stands. I went in one night and was told a price, was then told to come back within the next few days to finish paperwork. When I went back in a couple days later to finish the paperwork, they were then asking me for a $3000 deposit. I went into the dealership stating that I had no money for a down deposit and they told me that they would be able to work with that; we had already started the paperwork process a few nights ago, and I thought we were all on the same page? They tried every trick in the book to get some form of a down payment, asking me if I could even put down as little as $500, I told them no. They then tell me if you leave us a five star review on Facebook we can cover the $3000 we need for a down payment. Ahhh, so this is where all your reviews are from- they are not even genuine. Sketchy. Absolutely sketchy, have never heard anything like that... although this is the most run down dealership I have EVER been to. I wonder why the took down the Facebook reviews? Hmmmmmmmm.... Anyways. For reference, I bought my Mazda at CardinaleWay Mazda right across the street- BEAUTIFUL facility and AMAZING STAFF. I owned a Toyota 4Runner, that was totaled in January, purchased from Big 2 Toyota, again, BEAUTIFUL facility, great staff, AND a free lunch. My Subaru was purchased at the dealership in Prescott, again, beautiful facility and great staff. Why am I here bitching today? It's not because of the sketchy 'lEaVe uS a ReViEw aNd wE cAn KnOcK tHe PriCe DoWn'. The AC in my car is not working, so we called to get it in for servicing. They told us it would take 3-6 days JUST FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC. Aaaaannnnnddddd, they will not supplement a rental car. I have NEVER had a dealership/service center take that much time to just figure out what's wrong??? I then asked if I could take my car somewhere else and was told by a different Andrew on the phone that he doesn't know if it would affect my cars extended warranty, told me it shouldn't. Didn't offer to look up that information for me and said I would have that information when I asked. Complete bullshit, embarrassing employees. OHHHH and I was never going to post about this because it happened before they asked me to write the five star review. When we left the parking lot the night we bought the car the tank was not filled, so when we went back two nights later to finish the paperwork they told us that they only fill the tanks on brand new cars, not used cars????? Big 2 Toyota definitely didn't do that to us. Again, super weird and shady. I don't even want to have my car serviced at this Dodge location now because it seems like everybody who works here has another agenda to make as much money as they can, without being honest or good person. In conclusion, if you made it this far, I would recommend that you find literally any other dealership to go to.

Jeremy, I left you a message. Just to follow up with you, we had to drive to your location to demand our vehicle back as my husband had to leave out of town the following morning. I need the vehicle for my job. Obviously we appreciate you doing the oil change And I do understand the parts issue that you guys can't get them in. What I don't understand is the lack of communicationMy biggest concern was when I picked up my car, I was about to drive off when I noticed dust in the vehicle on the passenger side on the window area on my seat, and on the dashboard. These dust spots that were left is an obvious sign that window was left open and it rained or got water in the car , additionally, the car smells horrible and I can't seem to get the smell out of the car. It smells musty and chemically.

What an experience! Very fortunate to have ended up at Courtesy their inventory is amazing and the whole team is nothing short of exceptional. Mack did a great job listening to what I needed and didn’t waste anytime to take me to the vehicle that I NEEDED. No playing around for these guys, they mean business! I was fortunate enough to meet the GM Gonzo, he was a pleasure to meet and really knows how to keep the service up from the second you pull into the lot to the moment you are finished. Top notch business! I will be purchasing back at courtesy for years to come.

After waiting 5 weeks to get my car in on an appointment for a diagnostic test on a Friday morning, I was told they would need my car for 24-48 hours. I needed it for the weekend so made an appointment to take it back on Monday. I was told someone would call me with the diagnosis and how long it would take to get it fixed. After receiving no call Monday or Tuesday I called them, to my amazement my car was still "in the que" waiting. WOW!!! I told them to take it out of the que and send a ride to pick me up. I took it into another shop the next morning and they had it fixed in 30 minutes with no charge. That's correct for FREE. They take so many cars in just to have them sit waiting. I could understand if they were waiting for parts but not for a diagnostic test. I will drive to Radio dealership in Queen Creek before I'd take it back here.The sales personnel were very nice and friendly.

This place rocks!!! I drove 300 miles round trip just to purchase a car here and I’d do it again. Keep in mind I have three other Dodge dealers in my own home town but none of them can compete with the customer service, professionalism, and the deal you get at Courtesy. Hands down will be the only place I go from here on out. Pete was my salesman and he is an enthusiast who loves his job. Mike the sales manager packaged an awesome deal and Mike in finance made the magic happen so I could drive the car home. Absolutely a great experience with zero pressure. No disappointments with Courtesy Chrysler Dodge. Thanks guys!!!!
