Very helpful workers. They helped me with what I was looking for. Gentlemen there is very knowledgeable and the store had variety of products most smoke shops around don’t have. Highly recommend!

Love this place, staff is super friendly. The renovations the new owner has done made the shop look amazing. They finally have a 5star rewards program. Much better than stamp cards.

Called in to ask if the
place had a certain product before I took a trip to the shop, and I was basically talked to like I was stupid for asking for something. It takes 2 seconds to check your inventory or what’s out on the shelf for a product. I was told to “Come into the store and have a look for myself” I can understand not sharing prices over the phone but what’s the issue with checking your inventory so I don’t waste my gas and time???? Was on the phone for less then a minute, employee said “okay” and went silent, then hung up on me. You guys have lost a customer before you even gained one.

Basically all smoke shops suck now. If you want anything that’s not an elf bar they look at you like you’re insane. Had to wait 15 minutes at noon for them to unlock the door too.

Tried a few times to apparently get something super niche, not really the store's fault they don't have it, but also nobody taking the initiative to perhaps order in what I was looking for was rather disappointing.
