My cousin and I were done shopping and ready to be checked out. We were standing at the checkout line for 10 minutes before we had to go find someone to ring us up. Then two other girls finally come by the check out and just sat there talking and on there phones not helping the other customers behind us. I’m not from this part of the country but I found it to be very rude. Not going back. (07/3/24)

The manager (tall, possibly red hair) working today in the morning (7/17) is very deserving of getting praised of providing excellent customer service. She has always been very friendly and accommodating whenever I shop at the store. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work and gets promoted in the future.

I really like the fact that they have plus size models now. And plus size jeans. Back when i was in high school they didnt have that at all. Glad they branched out a little bit.

I recently purchased clothing from this store after a few days of being worn they ripped out.I came back to the store to exchange but I didn’t have my receipt. I brought in the clothes, they recognized that it was a manufacturer defect, but refused to exchange. In return they offered me 15% off my next purchase. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years spending hundreds of dollars. I will never shop here again.
