Don’t buy carpet here since they’re inept. We bought for two rooms after they had measured them both. The carpet for the first room was too small so had to be reordered. The second room’s carpet was too short twice but three times is a charm. We started our project in late September and finally finished yesterday, March 3.

This is the worst Home Depot in Phx area. Construction material area never has any heavy carts on hand and employees are not very helpful and/or knowledgeable. For example there’s no one to help you cut pipes in the plumbing, other stores have some tools to do it yourself self, but not this one. Do yourself self a favor and go to some other store.

First off Devin helped me and he knew every aisle I needed ! Great selection and for the first time in awhile secret shoppers didn’t falllow me for being completely covered in tattoos and having a back pack

Changed to two stars for poor customer service. Kid working the isles assisting forklift worker was a little condescending as I stood near the closed section to grab an item.
Always great customer service and usually always find what I need. The location doesn't get crazy busy yet but I'm sure that'll change as the population grows here in Mesa. The only reason for the four stars is the mens rest room is always dirty! Other then that, it's a great place to shop.

My husband and I needed to rent a chainsaw and Lowes didn't have any. We hopped over to this location and Tina was so helpful. She taught us how to use it, told us the proper protective gear to use. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my tool rental needs! Thank you Tina for all your help and kindness.

They have driven all the real hardware stores out of business, yet they offer almost no service. They sell black pipe but they no longer thread it because that would be a service to their customers and they are all about the quick buck.
