Today, I visited your store, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the employee managing the washer section. She was extremely rude, and I don’t believe such behavior was necessary. In retail, providing excellent customer service is essential—being kind, attentive, and respectful goes a long way in creating a positive shopping experience.
Sadly, this employee’s poor attitude made me reconsider making a purchase. I didn’t catch her name as it was covered, but her employee number is AMM1670. Her behavior was so discourteous that I almost left without buying anything. We ended up purchasing the dryer only because my mother urgently needed it, but it was a difficult experience due to the lack of professionalism.
In contrast, I want to highlight Luis Treviño, who is an excellent salesperson. I’ve purchased from him before, and he is always attentive and kind. Your store needs more employees like Luis, who understand the importance of treating customers with respect.

My wife, Ruthie, asked me to write this 5 star review for 'Robert the Dragon' and 'Dario' who both were so helpful to her in the purchase of a small BBQ today at 1:22pm (0456) at the Hope Depot store in Mesa off Superstition Springs. She was thrilled she got what she wanted on sale. JEff H
