I needed a blind for my back door . Kevin is always very helpful and friendly. My blind needed to be cut. I went to Lowe’s first but no one is ever available to help. Kevin is usually there when we need something in that department at Home Depot. He was very helpful when I bought backsplash for my kitchen also.Thanks Kevin!Jan and Jerry PetermanMesa

Purchased washer, dryer, and pedestals. Travis helped me with the sale. After some issues, we worked everything out. He was amazing. Worked with me until all issues were corrected. Thank you, sir, for going above and beyond your duties. I will forever be indebted to you. I will be shopping at the Superstition store from now on. Nowhere else. You want great customer service. Go to the Superstition store. Both Travis and the store manager are amazing guys. I do wish all stores had men like this working for them. We would have no complaints at all. Thanks Guys

I went in ready to make a $500 plus purchase of new door locks and knobs but they didn’t have a “re-keyer” at this location to make keys for all of the locks I needed. Instead I was directed to go to a different location that has someone that can do re-keying. Terrible store management by not having the right people hired to do the job. I guess Lowe’s is my new home improvement store.

I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. Thanks, Mikheal for all your help!

Get rid of the self checkout workers. After lingering in the power tool aisle for at least 10 minutes no one came to see if I needed help while the short older tan lady with blonde hair just stands there watching people ring themselves up all the while she can see me. After checking the nearby aisles for someone to no avail I went to this waste of labor and asked for help and she asks "is it a combination lock or a key lock?" I don't work here, the tools are locked and she says "you're going to have to find someone with a key" AGAIN, I don't work here so why can't SHE call someone or offer some more insight than that? Finally I get get someone to help unlock the cage and take the security device off and when it comes time to paying I try to use my virtual credit card and there is no option so I ask my favorite worker how do I use it and she says "you can't" after arguing with her for a while she says "that's how scammers buy tools" I guess accusing me of stealing someone else's phone, logging into the app, and having several forms of ID she says "how do we know that's you" after flipping out on her I use my debit card all the while she just keeps asking after I've paid "do you want me to get my manager?" I thanked her for all her help and walked out. I'll go out of my way to shop at the further stores now

This Home Depot has an excellent team of staff offering fantastic customer service. The store is well-stocked, organized, and clean. Checkout is a breeze. I've never had to wait in line for more than a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend.
