TRIED TRIED TRIED TO DEAL W THIS STORE... ONE OLDER LADY AT PRO DESK WAS VERY, VERY HELPFUL.
THREE MEN AT DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS WERE VERY HELPFUL BUT I NEEDED INFO ABOUT A CURRENT SPECIAL OFFER DETAILS AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE. THE DEPT GUYZ EACH SEPERATELY CALLED ON DUTY MANAGER FOR INFO
ALL 3 CALLS WERE TO SOME MAN NAMED CHRIS...
CHRIS OFFERED US ZERO HELP

WE COULD TELL FROM EMPLOYEES THAT THEY WANTED TO HELP US...
SAD THAT CHRIS DID NOT...
TOOK R BUSINESS TO MC KELLIPS HD BRANCH...
AND THEY WERE MAGNIFICENT!!!
I WON'T DEAL W CRISMON AGAIN

No point in ordering curbside. Waited 45 minutes after checking in on the app within the 9-6 curbside pickup time frame. Finally unloaded 3 kids under the age of 5 and went in. There was no line, employee had nothing to say when i stated i had waited 45 minutes at curbside pickup. Complete joke.

Would not suggest shopping with them ordered a grill and a smoker, the grill was for pickup and got there to pick it up and they tried to load about 5 different damaged grills before they could find a good one they just trying to hide the damage and hope that I would take a damaged one off of there hands. It took an hour and a half of me just waiting around till they finally found me one. I also ordered a smoker on Saturday and it said it would be delivered on Sunday because no stores close to me had them in stock but then Sunday at 6:30 comes around and I check the tracking and now it says won't be here for another 2 days and when I called to get some answers they were extremely rude and disrespectful. June 7, 2024. Came in to your store today to get keys made. Don't know the ladies name. Wouldn't turn enough to see your name tag. She told me I had to stand on the other side of the isle before she made them. Would not get close or start making keys until I moved. No explanation. I ask her what her name was and ignored me , tried to ask her how long she worked there , her reply was "I don't want to discuss that" She was rude and disrespectful. I've been going to that Home Depot for over ten years and NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE SHE TREATED ME AND THE GUY AFTER ME. My job is 6 miles from there and I feel like I could drive way out of my way for BETTER SERVICE. Come to find out your employees said that's not the first complaint. HOPE YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF HER DISRESPECT AND ATTITUDE.
