They have the best service department compared to 3 others I have used in the east valley. They were very fair in quotes, the service was excellent, and they provided the service that my car needed. Unlike other dealers and shops who quote low and then try to sell a service that is not needed. Felt like I was working with a family member and not a call center. Dakota provided great service. They have earned all my future business.

This was my first time visiting this dealer. Mike was fantastic, I arrived early and despite his desk full of work orders, he took the time to get me checked in. He mapped out the surrounding area (which included the mall nearby), so I made the trip on foot while they serviced my vehicle. Work was completed in a timely manner, and I was back on the road. Mike was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. I also would like to note that the dealership itself was extremely clean. The waiting area was superb, with plenty of refreshments and snacks for the customers. This was a solid first visit and I will definitely be back!

Jason was very helpful in helping me get my car fixed. The only complaint I have is the tire delivery. It took one whole day to get my tire changed. I don’t blame the dealership but the tire distributor and delivery . there should be a way for the tires to be tracked. Jason was great at keeping me informed and helping me get my car fixed. He even got me a discount because I had to wait so long. He is outstanding and I will return to get other work done.

I trust the repair recommendations made by this dealer. First, the longevity of their service advisors is notable and when you work with them you will tell right away. Second, they perform inspections reporting issues and providing repair recommendations taking into consideration the circumstances of the customer helping the customer as a knowledgeable consultants to prioritize repairs and maintenance. My family has had great assistance from Dakota and Gabriela. Third, the pricing of repairs and maintenance at this dealer are reasonable with the peace of mind knowing that my daughter's cars are being taken care of by Honda certified repair techs. This is especially important since both of my daughter's cars are still covered by Honda extended warranties.

We have been looking for 2yrs for the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price and from a dealership that was honest to work with. We drove 5.5hrs from southern New Mexico after seeing the SUV we wanted online. Everyone took great care of us from start to finish and the SUV was exactly how it was pictured online! We will not hesitate to send our friends and family to this dealership even if it’s a long drive. A special thank you to John in financial for working with us on everything and explaining the paperwork so well!

Had the best experience at Honda superstition. I had been on the market for a while. I had visited three other dealerships two of them Honda. But the customer service i received here really stood apart and they earned my business. John Sims was great, was able to beat another offer I had from another dealership and exceeded my expectations. first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership. I’ve already recommended them to some of my friends who are in the market.M

I bought my used 2016 Honda Accord here in May of 2019. Just found out from an insurance provider that the car was in a collision in February of 2019, with $7,000 in damages repaired. Obviously this was never disclosed. I have purchased four vehicles from here. Needless to say I will never buy another car from this dealer.

This place is a joke. I took my car in to get my AC fixed and when picked it up, there were wires hanging out of my dash on the passenger side and my subs were no longer working. I took it back for them to fix my subs and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. After talking to a manager they agreed to fix them. They said they fixed them so l went to pick up my car. The wires were no longer hanging out but my sibs were still not working. They tried to cover it up by going into my radio settings and turning the bass up all the way.Sol took it back in. It's been over a week since I last dropped it off and I have called the last 3 days to check when my car will be done because I need it back. (At this point they've had it for like 2 or 3 weeks) Every time I call they are not at their desk and they ask me to leave my name and number so they can call me back, but they haven't called me back. This place is a total mess and I will never be taking my car back to this place after this. Tommy was the only helpful person at the entire place.

The service department was great, Miles is awesome and extremely helpful. The sales department I’m not to happy with. The sticker covering the cracked windshield is a pretty shady thing to do. Didn’t see it until paperwork was all done. Now over three weeks later still waiting on a new windshield that the sales department dropped the ball on…Miles got things going and hopefully new windshield will be put in soon.My suggestion don’t take car until everything has been taken care of!!!!I have been driving Nissan for many years now questioning if I should have gone to a Honda after this experience…I do enjoy the Civic I got….And attached photo shows sticker hiding the crack in the windshield…..

If you're a first-time car buyer or a car buyer in general, DO NOT purchase your vehicle from here. Our sales representative, Weston, sold us a white Chevy Malibu with 7,000 miles on it. All seemed fine until we decided to take it on a road trip to Tucson shortly after purchasing the vehicle. As we were leaving the city, the car's exhaust started belching smoke and broke down. We had to cancel our trip and call Triple A for a tow to a mechanic. It was then that our mechanic informed us that this vehicle had been rear-ended at some point, which is why the car broke down. It's worth noting that our sales representative didn't mention any of this before we purchased the vehicle. The dishonest business practices at this dealership have left us feeling mortified for years to come.

We recently purchased our new 2024 Honda Odyssey Elite from Superstition Springs Honda. Our salesman was Paul Romero, he was such a pleasure to work with. Paul made our car buying experience as painless as can be, fought to get the best deal for us (that even 2 other local Honda dealerships could not beat!), thoroughly answered all of our questions, and even offered to fill our gas tank if we are ever in the area visiting! Having never had a good car buying experience, working with Manny Navarro was breath of fresh air! He was informative, but not pushy.
