Honestly i've been to H&R block in the past and last year I used Turbo Tax and I wish I just stayed using Turbo Tax. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The whole reason for using an agent instead of doing it myself is for the stress free and relief it is suppose to provide and this was everything but that. I walked away with a headache and more confused than ever. I will never use this company again and strongly advise anyone seeking out help not to use them. Turbo Tax or Jackson Hewitt work miracles and will have your mind at ease. I am so disappointed with how my appointment went 2025
