First time I file my taxes through H & R block. I usually use turbo tax but I got married recently so I thought it would be best to do it with a tax professional for the first time but man was I wrong. I filed my taxes with Peggy back in February and now it’s May and I still have not received my refund yet due to an error. I contacted the place back 3 times so they can help figure out what is going on but no call back since they already got paid. I asked for the supervisors contact who’s name was Trio, the number kept going straight to voicemail. Taxes are stressful as it is, i HIGHly recommend going elsewhere. Paid 400$ for their services which I thought was absurd. Booking my appointment online said 80$ till we finished my taxes and she said no it’s 400$ so I felt bad for all that work she did to change my mind and go else where. Man was I wrong.
