2nd vehicle I’ve had repaired with Impact. I won’t go anywhere else. They know how to paint. They know how to match paint. Always done on a reasonable schedule. Communication is A+. They did good work on some of the body work but it took them 2 months and 3 things were not completed. The first time they told us it was ready but the new mirror had corrosion on it. We left it for them to fix. The 2nd time they said it was ready the gas pedal was laying in the floorboard and a strip of paint on the passenger side had peeled. After getting transfered from The Tempe location waiting 1 month then 2 months at the Mesa office we were just disgusted. I called my insurance agent and shared my experience. Perhaps they can resolve it for me.

This used to be an excellent business but the original owners sold it and the new owners/management are horrible. We brought our 2020 Ford Expedition in for repairs and when we came to pick it up, the entire front of the vehicle was covered in paint overspray. At first, they blamed it on us and said it was there when we brought it in but the could provide no proof as the had not taken any pictures. Any fool would have noticed it right away. It was all over the bumper, grill, headlights, hood and windshield. The manager said they would take care of it. So we brought it back another day and they caused more damage to the fog lamp assembly trying to remove the paint. They told us they would have to replace the parts since the paint was not coming off and they had to get the approval from the owner. Shortly thereafter, we received a letter saying they were not responsible and were not going to repair the damage. STAY AWAY!! This business has no integrity. I hope others heed this warning so they aren’t left hanging out to dry.Services: Body & Trim

Had my McLaren MP4-12C repaired at their facility and have to say they did a great job. Nicole is the sweetest person. She took care of me throughout the entire process and communicated well. If you have an exotic vehicle and you need to get it repaired I recommend this place. - Richard Ryan

If I could rate these people as a negative 1,000,000 I would! Substandard work. Someone backed into my car, claim through their insurance Progressive. Had my car for 1 month. Went to pick it up and they had to pull it into the shop to adjust the doors so they lined up. Trim around bottom didn't line up, they forgot a clip. They ordered trim for the bottom and painted it wrong, they tried to correct it but it's not right. The had the rim redone and repainted - they painted it silver instead of aluminum like the rest of the rims. They replaced the tire - so when they finally ordered a new rim and it came in, they went to change it and Discount Tire on power and mckellips who they farmed the tire replacement out to, broke my lock nut so they couldn't switch the rim. Bottom line - they didn't care about the work, just get it in, push it out and get paid! They do not know the meaning of checking your work, integrity, service to customers. They just stand there with a blank look on their faces - what a disgrace to society!

Yeah don't use this company at this location the nee collison center is kaizen is as bad as impact is. They are not fixing my car they got pay by my insurance company and they ahve the parts they just going to keep my car until they are ready to do my car. It could be can be way longer i wont have a place to stay and rent money and I'm going to lose my job because they keep on saying lies about what they need and all and will now help out. If they are behind they should have people do ot on the weekend to get caught up like isay don't go to the they will keep your car for a long tile unless you have a second car

TOTAL disappointment.They make my lazy 16-year-old look industrious.Condescending, dismissive, disrespectful. They don't keep in touch with the insurance company when requested.They don't care if they cause you to have to pay for the rental after the insurance adjuster cuts you off. Office workers hide and don't reply.The place is a morgue for a reason.I could go on, but you get the idea.

Chose this shop because of previous work done on our vehicles and top notch customer service and repairs. Latest experience after taking my truck here after a rear end collision was less than desirable. Wrong parts ordered, poor communication initially from service manager and truck not even starting when it was supposed to be finished. Really!!!?? Did they not road test it before calling me to tell me it was done. Still dealing with getting some correct parts. I think any future collision work needed and we'll shop elsewhere. I suppose they still do good work but I think it's going to be hit and miss under new ownership and I can't afford to take the gamble with something as important as the integrity and safety of repairs on my vehicles.

I wouldn't ever use Impact auto or now named Kaizen collision ever again. I understand why they changed their name to Kaizen Collision Center. The Gm was very unpleasant and unprofessional. One of the other managers named Nautwas very professional and nice guy. They also drove my car 120 miles. I had 180 miles until empty and got it back and it only had 36 miles until empty. I wouldn't trust thos place to fix anything.

DO NOT USE! they have kept my vehicle close to six weeks now! I kept being told they were waiting on insurance payment. I finally called my insurance after a month of having no vehicle and my insurance told me that had already paid them. I called impact auto body and they admitted they "dropped the ball" and payment and notes had not been posted. I asked for a vehicle, loaned or rented but no one ever called me back. so almost six weeks in, no vehicle, no way really to get around and my vehicle, despite their mess up, still did not get priority. I signed up for text updates, I have yet to receive one. no one been calls you back. I usually use Gerber, but they were full this time. will never use this place again. everyone is extremely unprofessionalService: Body & Trim

Car was rear ended and it took several weeks. Staff stated they are waiting on a part indefinite!!! We googled and found in 20min a site with the OEM part, send the link to them. They replied its not in stock. We ordered it and it showed up 10days later and we brought it to the shop. The back 2 rows of black leather seats are covered in brown dust. Employees are all nice but they’re ignorant. Please check all of your car even if it wasn’t damaged before, I was lucky enough to catch that they forgot to install a panel inside the back of my car with wires sticking out. All the employees are also not on same page and you have to talk to each at a time to get your info, super annoying
