He billed my insurance for a mold allergy test he wanted to give me, not the mold exposure test requested. Lied and miss-billed my insurance, leaving me with hundreds of dollars in medical bills. He's fake and has the worst bedside manner. Will only make your life worse and not help your health. This office is committing insurance fraud. You will be left with a huge bill, and they will send you to collections.Treats his female staff like subordinate slaves. Only have ever seen female staff. The supposed nurse practitioner that posted is not how he treated the black female np he had. He was rude and condescending to her. He can't hear and refuses to let immune-compromised people wear masks. He's not a professional medical provider who will help. Avoid this office if you have actual health issues you would like addressed.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Randall and I am very impressed. As a healthcare professional I am a little picky about my providers, and this visit was everything I have wanted in a primary care and more.Dr. Randall takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them. There is a great balance of holistic and more traditional care. I appreciate the emphasis on prevention as well.Very happy I found this office and Dr. Randall!

To say Dr. Randall is great is an understatement because he’s the best! He is VERY thorough. When he meets with you he is very concerned with YOU and what you’re dealing with. He asks you all the right questions, tells you about studies and will research topics for you to get you the best information. Like, what?? Who does that anymore?? ?The office staff is great. The only thing I have an issue with is when I get blood work, I have to call them to check when it’s back. They have a hard time following up with blood work for some reason. I’ve gotten blood work with them 5 times and this is always an issue. Also I can say, when you get blood work done, expect Dr. Randall to be on the phone with you for 40+ minutes discussing it. He is VERY thorough and really cares about you and your well-being.

I went and saw Randall and his staff today. And I have to say I couldn’t be any more pleased. Literally I showed up at my appointment time at 2 o’clock, I was back in an office by 2:15 and him and a nurse spent an hour and almost 40 minutes with me. I got to discuss everything that I need to discuss I got on a plan that’s going to help me to better health. Thank you so very much to you and your staff! I even laughed a few times!! Great experience. You are definitely my new doctor, my family as well!Heather Eden

I went here for a second opinion because I felt like the previous health care facility I went to wasn't really listening to what I had to say. I couldn't be happier with the choice of coming here. I'm trying to establish primary care and I feel like this is best I've gotten so far. They use a "no stone unturned" approach and asked me questions I've never been asked in my life before. The nurse practitioner was great. Everyone uses active listening and checks everything. The appointment was way longer than expected but i feel as though I might actually get results I've been trying to get based of what they've asked and their approach to possible treatment.

Dr. Randall and his team are so wonderful and attentive! The office is relaxing & inviting. They take their time really getting to know you and answer all the concerns you may have. I love that they take the whole body approach to healing, factoring in that everything as a whole is connected using natural supplements to support health along with as needed prescriptions. Would highly recommend their care and so grateful we found them.

If you're looking for a great family medical doctor please see doctor Randall he is amazing he doesn't stick you with tons of prescriptions, he pays attention to what your bodies doing and he tries to fix it holistically and then he'll go to prescriptions only if need be. I a extremely happy with his attentiveness. The whole staff is amazing.

Dr Randall has been our family doctor for years. When he first moved to AZ he was just working at the urgent care center by our house. He was so attentive and thorough that we started going there regularly instead of to our normal family doctor! We were thrilled when he opened his own practice. He spends lots of time with his patients and it never feels rushed. But I've also never had to wait long. He treats you as a whole person, addressing all your issues. He also doesn't just immediately go the easy route and prescribe some medication. He addresses diet and behavior issues and sometimes these alone have solved our problems! It's a very holistic approach. He knows a ton outside of just the old school traditional medical approach but he will offer you different options and see how you feel about them. He's certainly going to go the extra mile for you.

This dr jokes about suicide and rape. My medical history indicated a hospital stay for a suicide attempt. Dr Randall first made a joke about my attempt and asked how far is gotten in to the process even asking "oh, so was the rope tied around your neck?" Mind you, i was being seen for abdominal pains allergies - not mental health AND we'd established that already have a therapis and psychiatrist. Then he asked what led up to my attempt to which I responded, "i was sexually assaulted". He then asked a TON of inappropriate and incentive questions. Not a single question was medically necessary - they were just out of his curiosity. He then said "it's not like you just walk outside and get raped" - actually sir - yes. That happens. He compared being raped to being in a car accident...apparently you can avoid being rear ended at a red light hust like you can avoid being raped. Also...still had NOTHING to do with my allergies I was being seen for. Disgusting treatment.

Dr Randall is one of two doctors that I have ever had a five star experience with. He was attentive, kind, and shows a genuine interest in his patients. Both times I visited him, I didn't wait in the waiting room more than 2 minutes. He even took me back early when I showed up early. Most doctors are running super late all the time and try to rush you through. Dr. Randall and his team reserve a lot of time for each patient to answer any and all of your questions. He also offers holistic and natural approaches to health if that is your preference. I almost don't want to leave a good review because I don't want him to get too busy!! Office was clean and staff nice.

Dr Randall is the best doctor myself and my husband have ever been to. He has instantly diagnosed an issue that other doctors including urgent care were unable to determine, pinpointing the exact location, cause of pain, and solution.He is easy to talk to as well explains issues and solutions in an understandable way without making you feel d**** The rest of the staff is also very nice. The office has also had quick scheduling for urgent issues.I highly recommend going here!

Dr. Randall is, without doubt, the most impressive physician I have ever met. Incredibly attentive and comprehensive. Addressed absolutely everything; and his scribe, Josh, recorded everything perfectly and provided a complete written recap of every little detail within minutes while I was still there. Amazing. Over my 81 years, I have probably had more than a dozen different primary care doctors, and never before have I experienced anyone even remotely close to this. Dr. Randall is, by far, the most impressive, the most helpful and the most beneficial doctor I have ever experienced.
