I often have to use storage for business items and vehicles in different areas of the southwest and was thrilled to find this iStorage. Prices are great and the grounds are quiet. Lauren and Lisa are kinda sticklers about the rules, but I get it because the place is run better that way. The place is a great bargain and the service is spot on.

I had my vehicle stolen from their secure yard under covered parking at their Mesa, AZ facilityOver the last year, the supposedly staffed location has had no property manager, and even the area manager above that person is not to be found. This is not me making the call - it’s Mesa and Tempe Police Departments after repeated attempts.They provided access to the thieves that aided in the theft of my vehicle.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STORAGE — THEIR NEGLIGENCE SUPPORTS A LOCAL CRIME RING BY ALLOWING ACCESS TO THIEVES THAT DEAL IN STOLEN GOODS(Also notice the exact same cut & paste response to the 1 and 2 star reviews)

Storing your trailers and toys at istorage is a sure way to get them stolen. The facility in mesa has let my Dirtbike, motorcycle, side by side, and enclosed trailer all get stolen. I received no notice of anything being misplaced. I asked corporate if there was any notes on my accounts which there was none. I found out at 4:30 on 1/18 which they say they are open that day but they in fact were not. It is now 1/19 at 12:54 and I have left 3 voicemails to the store waited outside the facility 45 minutes after it says they are open to get no call back and no person showing up. I am out a lot of money thanks to istorage and they’re beyond horrendous customer service. David the corporate customer service rep did all he could to help me from COLORADO which means he can pass a message to the manager of the store. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM. You will regret it.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE... UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!!! Iused this place because it was close to where I set up my Hotdog cart. Since the beginning I had problem's with sending a payment by bank and it took 3 weeks toPost in. They finally credited back late chargesThis past November I had to work out of state( which office knew) after loading my hotdog cart and all my supplies n equipment signs tables coolers etc . Less then a week later per office they found my unit empty. no call no e mail saying thanks for renting with us.. I am sure it was an inside job that broke into my place. I have now seen where boats, ATVs and other renters have suffered loses as well

We have a very bad experience. They put a red lock on our storage. Because they did not know it was belong to somebody. They thought it was empty. We couldn't get in it. It coast us a $150 to go. Buy something that we already have, the customer service are bad. They're not answering the phone. They need to fix this. We have to go talk them in person and they need to fix it.

The manager is the only reason I keep a unit here. She is amazing and professional and always willing to assist you. There's hardly any personable interactions between companies and clients but she always makes you feel like a person not just a number.

Where do I start...first off let me just say sherry is amazing!!! She's very nice and pleasant to rent from. If ever I need her for a question I have or a problem she's always there riding on her golf cart lol.i know exactly where to find her..she always gives her best and she's a very hard worker. You guys are very lucky to have her there. I could go on about how great she is but ill just keep the rest to myself lol.

My name is Jenee and this review is on behalf of me and my son Chris. We were faced with several major, life changing events that put us in a difficult position. We chose this Istorage because it was practically next door to where we were living and we were in somewhat of a desperate situation. That’s where we met Sherri. The kindness, compassion and empathy Sherri showed us made our already difficult circumstances feel less stressful. Sherri was the new manager of the facility but you would think she had been there for years! She answered all our questions, gave us fair, accurate pricing and was able to get us in a unit immediately. Other storage facilities tried to take advantage of our last minute need to store our belongings, charging a higher rate as a penalty for not making a reservation in advance. That was not the case at Istorage. Sherri treated us like people as opposed to just another unit number. When your life is falling apart and you are at risk of losing everything you own, the trust put into a storage facility is immense. We are so grateful to have met Sherri and truly appreciate the level of service she has provided. As we have struggled to put our lives back together, working with Sherri has given us comfort you wouldn’t expect was needed. I highly recommend this istorage location.

Needed a space for our travel trailer. Had some questions so went into the office and met with Sherry. Very helpful lady and got our questions answered in short order. She showed us around the property and got us set up with a space for our trailer. Very easy transaction - we appreciate it!

BEWARE!!!!Continued to charge me after vacating space, send email and verbal notice of cancellation. On-site mgr/corporate does not return phonecalls. They owe me almost $400. And sent me delinquent notice showing a CREDIT BALANCE.

I have rented her for approximately 4 years now, I have not had any issues until now, I requested the property protection fee be removed and provided proof of renters insurance 1 month ago, I have called several times to customer service, who have been very nice, albeit unhelpful, as according to there "policy" they cannot remove the property protection fee, only the property manager, who is MIA, and the regional manager, who is also MIA, can remove that fee, so I am stuck calling Customer service every other day hoping that I will eventually get this resolved, but unfortunately hearing repeatedly that "the regional manager will get back to you" over a month of time has passed and I continue to hear, that they no longer have a property manager and that "the regional manager will get back to you" . Now my bill is late because they have not updated the bill to the correct amount, and I continue to wait for them to fix this issue, I have been extremely patient, and if it weren't for the hassle of removing all my stuff and going elsewhere I would have done that long ago, this is my last ditch effort to get some attention and have them fix this problem, with a free months rent for the absolutely abhorrent response time and hassle that I have gone through to get simple bill adjustment. If I get what I want I will update this review.Update: I was contacted by the regional manager, Lauren, and she addressed all my issue and and adjusted the bill accordingly, I did not get the month free because I did not ask for it, and I'm not a communacho. I understand her situation, they are short staffed and she does not have the tools to do her job efficiently, specifically her computer is broken and it will take a month to have it fixed, maybe if corporate had fixed her laptop right away I wouldn't have had to wait a month to get the error corrected. Thank you Lauren for helping me get the issue resolved.

We have rented there since may of 2000. Then outlets worked, now most of them don't you can see that by all the extension cords running to far of outlets that work. We had water if needed. That has been taking away. We could use the dumpsters, now they are locked. There was a gate seperating the storage units from the rv boat storage, that was removed. People used to be in the office, I have visited the office 4 times in July during posted office hours and found no one. Other people also where there on many of these visits. We all agreed no one was there anymore. That is why we are ending our 23 year stay there and moving to a location that has all the above features at a lower cost.Also there is no warning like other business do that alerts you to monthly payments, such as credit card needs to be updated. One day its you regular charge, next day its 40% higher due to late fees.please look somewhere else!As we went to check out today we went to the office. 1040am Saturday.,and no staff on duty
