I almost never write reviews. But the gentlemen with the tech support have taken so much time to help me out with our system that I just have to. Kevin and Jim both took time in their day helping me to trouble shoot problems with our system. I have never dealt with a company with people more willing to help out and go this above the call. I very much appreciate it and my boss now appreciates me saving the company money. And that is because of these two.

I went in to J R's to ask a question about a problem I was having with my current security system (not J R's) hoping to do a self fix saving a service fee the large Corporate company I use would charge. Kevin was more than helpful and was able to help me. Go locale! you can not beat the one on one, face to face service.

Place is a Joke!!!! Apparently can not understand do not call the Police when alarm goes off!!! So guess what I get hit with theses fee's that these clowns wont pay. Why would they? There quality of equipment pretty much sums it up. You would get better service in a Prison shower. F this place

What a fabulous find hidden right here in Mesa AZ on Main Street Downtown Mesa west of Countryclub. You wouldnt know it but the shop is filled with beautiful crystal, glassware, china and antiques and collectibles. Ms Fran has gorgeous Linens, Hand Made Antique Quilts and more.
