Came here with my fiancé to pick out his wedding band. We had originally been to a different Jared location where we had been treated not so kindly by the consultant. Coming here we were greeted with nothing but kindness. George is absolutely amazing, understanding and beyond helpful. We couldn’t recommend working with him more! He made the entire ring shopping process quick, easy, and painless. We are so thankful and can’t wait to build my custom band with him in the future.

I stopped in around noon to have a broken watch band replaced with one that I bought from Amazon. The store was beautiful, the staff kind and attentive, and people were shopping and enjoying their experience. Shout out to the individual who changed my watch band. Good, good people.

Low star reviews share a common theme I noticed.. Service/repair dept. Well mine is the same, we too were escorted right to the service repair counter with wife's 3.0 ctw quad setting ring. Yes they are less then enthusiastic to service your ring, come across and non helpful and give you vibe that they either lack experience or don't care cause you didn't buy the ring at Jared stated to us within seconds they couldnt size up the ring due to the "setting". I felt like just another quick bs line to get you out of the way etc. Seems it happens alot nowadays. I looked at the wife and did well that was quick", let's go then, geez. I had the feeling as stated that I just got told a quick line and bye, not to give up. She was discouraged as the ring is tight no and will be forever. Drove to San tan mall, walked in the fist jewelry store, they looked at it and within seconds said sure we can size it up for you, it'll be about two weeks. Got the ring back today, cleanest I've ever seen it and sized up perfectly and cost was very reasonable. So jared who I've purchased multiple items from lost my business first when I purchase jewelry and guess who gained it. Yes service and repair does matter and yes I'll shop with them first next holiday due to remembering the feeling that I got the typical bs line from Jared when it came to a 9k ring that needed sizing. Seemed like such a simple thing but guess they just didn't want to tackle it or inexperience wouldnt allow them to handle a typical quad setting ring? Read reviews, similar dings for that counter it seems..

no matter how many times i go to this store there is always something wrong. Even just getting my ring there's an issue (they forget u are standing there waiting for ur ring) i have yet to go into this location and not have a problem. once im done paying off my last purchase i will never go to a jared again simply bc this 3 yr experience and 3 purchases have all been 1/10

Jaivyen is seriously the best! I’ve never had a better experience than I did today. I came in to purchase a new pair of earrings and I was absolutely blown away at his kindness and expertise at his craft. I ended up leaving with TWO new pairs of earrings and I couldn’t be happier. You just don’t get this level of customer service anymore and in fact, this was an EXPERIENCE. He even had my rings cleaned while I shopped. You HAVE to come here to meet Jaivyen! I seriously just want to stay all day to hang out with him! A very special experience that I will never forget.

Went to buy an engagement ring and ended up buying... Had tons of people working with damn near anyone inside shopping. Was greeted at the door and told to go and speak with someone... Truly felt like visiting a used car lot. Customer service was fine but nothing over the top. I do not like that you don't get a phone call when your item is ready for pickup... was told, you'll get an email... maybe I'm old school but I miss the good ol days of personal communication. I just think they need to rethink the way they do things. Jewelry was fine.

It’s been a few days and I STILL can’t get over how excited I am from going to Jared’s. I’m getting so many comments on this ring. I went in to look at some rings with my daughter and son-in-law. The staff was phenomenal. Robin spent no shortage of time going through several options to make sure that we walked away with the ring that was the best fit for me!I’m so happy with how easy the transaction went. I recommend Jared’s to anyone!

Came here with my boyfriend last week about 30 minutes before close and had a great experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful, and really didn't make us feel rushed! We picked out a necklace for me and as we were paying, my boyfriend mentioned to the employee helping us that I love looking at things through microscopes, and asked if we could look at my necklace. She set it up for me, and I really appreciated that she did, even though it wasn't even a diamond and we had already bought the necklace! I would definitely recommend this Jared for not only their beautiful jewelry but also great staff!

I purchased a gift for my husband in their Black Friday sale and they canceled my order a week later. I called and they told me they canceled it due to a lack of inventory but it’s still listed on their website and they confirmed that they have it in stock! They just don’t want to sell anymore at that price. I explained that my order confirmation stated that orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes NOT a full week later. Jared wasn’t the only company I could have purchased this item from on Black Friday, if they had communicated effectively I could have just taken my business elsewhere. Jared’s offered to sell it to me in time for Christmas for $1000 more than I originally purchased it for. This company has ZERO integrity and I strongly encourage you to steer clear.

I took a Sapphire and diamond tennis bracelet to Jared's to repair a safety chain. All they needed to do was solder it. They wanted to charge me $400! That's real price gouging! Our regular watch and jewelry repair did it for $25. Makes me wonder if the rings I have purchased there were marked up this spectacular amount too. Jared's, you lost a customer with this one!

So proud of my ring and the memories that go with it!I don’t wear jewelry. It’s just not my thing. So when my boyfriend proposed, he decided to let me choose the rings. I didn’t want the traditional engagement solitaire but I also didn’t want the trendy stackables or diamond halo either. I wanted something unique but I didn’t know what that was. I started my journey at Jared in Mesa and got help from Robyn who was so patient with my questions and indecision. I felt so welcome there even though buying jewelry was so not my jam.After knowing a bit more, I went to a couple of custom jewelry stores but they did not have a selection to look at in the store only online and it just wasn’t a welcoming experience like I had at Jared. So I went back to Jared to look again and see what customizing could be done. Again Robyn was so patient with me. The manager Steve also helped with advice on stones. In the meantime I found the ring I wanted on Jared’s website with designer Kirk Kara and called up the designer to find out what it would take to get the ring customized from the designer but sold through Jared. I wanted the maintenance plan from Jared so that I could find a nearby location to get the ring serviced no matter where I lived rather than having to send the ring away to be cleaned. The designer was very welcoming to what I was looking for in terms of customization to the setting. Back at Jared, Robyn helped me to purchase an absolutely gorgeous natural diamond from their onsite collection. Then she and Steve worked with the designer and the Jared corporate office to get the customization that I wanted. The setting was ready a week early, Jared in Mesa set the diamond, and viola—perfection!Every time I look at this ring I am overwhelmed by happy emotions including the process with the Jared staff in Mesa to get the ring that I wanted. They were so patient with my questions, followed through all the details, kept my diamond safe until the setting was ready, and always made me feel like their best customer of the day during my many visits! I bought the wedding bands from Jared as well and Robyn made sure that the set was exactly what I wanted.I had no knowledge or confidence coming into this purchase but the staff at this Jared location made the whole experience wonderful—I am reminded of this pleasant experience every time I look at my engagement ring and this adds to the beautiful memory of my husband’s proposal and his love and trust for me to pick out rings that would bring me joy all our days. Thank you, Robyn and Steve at the whole team Jared for supporting me!

I came in just to browse for a Christmas gift, and ended up leaving with a gorgeous tennis bracelet I never even considered! Why? Because of George. What a gentleman: so professional, honest, and kind. Never pressured me once while presenting many different options within my price range. It was like working with a friend. Today I went into Jared's to look at engagement rings. My sister and I had visited a diamond store prior and the lady was not very kind or helpful so we were feeling pretty defeated. Immediately after walking into Jared's the employees were so welcoming. Becky helped me and she could not have made the experience more enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process until we found the perfect ring! Jared's Jewelry is very lucky to have an employee like Becky. I could not be more grateful for the experience and would recommend this store to anyone!
