Knowledgeable, polite & professional. From the 5 man/woman crew who hopped into action when it was our turn for service, everything we requested was completed to satisfaction, with a golden wrench. Staff should explain the work while you wait, in an air-conditioned room. Much needed in Arizona heat. There is a restroom and a soda machine. Highly recommend this location in Mesa, Arizona. Great job Jiffy Team. Thank you!

They over filled my dige ram 1500 02 4.7 liter by three and a half quarts or oil now my valve covers are leaking oil with blown gaskets
This is the third year I have used them but one specific store baseline and mesa dr is the worst incompetent mechanics. And a lazy manager they did correct the issue but it was to late and the third time

I am very impressed by the crew that work at this location. Luis the manager is awesome he helped me with all my issues . All the men working there were kind and helpful . Very friendly people who make you feel welcome. No complaints here just compliments.

Overfilled my power steering fluid and put the wrong liquid in it. I got home and I had smoke coming from my engine bay because it was spilling out.
