Stopped by for an oil change today at Jiffy Lube in Mesa. No wait, which was nice, was immediately greeted. After that things went down hill. Manager Chris was friendly at first then I asked for the $20 advertised discount showing on the sign in the parking lot. He refused saying they are only doing a $10 discount. I pointed to the sign and he said the other side facing the street says $10. But I didn't come in from that street i came in the other entrance where you can only see the $20. He preceded to say he only gives the $20 discount when they are slow. I looked around and said we'll im the only one here, how much slower does it need to be when I'm your only customer, literally. He repeated that he is only giving the $10 discount. I asked if the price match and he said absolutely not. This entire conversation he had the attitude of how much he hates his job and that he could care less about customer service. As I was leaving he made another comment about coming back next time. I said sorry there won't be a next time that the service was poor and was way more expensive than taking the car to the dealership. He responded with a shrug of his shoulders and saying ok.

Pleasant helpful staff appreciated the suggestions given; thorough in their job performance. Only negative comment would be a 144.00 tab for an air filter high mileage oil change and other tasks with the oil change. Price 89.95 plus other charges. The personnel running this operative location would not have control of pricing. May go back for brake repair and other services Jiffy Lube provides to their clientele I like the manager.

I used to get my oil changed here all the time. I have four vehicles. I stopped in today and apparently there's new management. First I spoke to said I was required to wave in the waiting room and he refused to service my car. If I would not, I never wait in the rating room and never have because it's so nice outside and truth be told they're waiting and sucks. Anyway, he said go elsewhere and I said okay so I drove right next door to brakes Plus where I had a oil change on two of my vehicles. Upper management ought to have a talk with his store management because your people are rude and you've just lost business.

I stopped by for an oil change. I was greeted by Christopher Lange. There were no other customers but he had an attitude as if I am interrupting him from something really important and he is doing me a big favor by taking the time out of his busy schedule to service my vehicle. Based on other one star reviews I can see it's a regular thing with this guy.
Lacking basic customer service skills, even for someone changing oils.
Next time I am going to a different oil changing place just a couple of miles south. Something tells me this will not be the last time this business lost a customer to a competitor because of the people they hire.
My recommendation is to skip this location and go elsewhere.

Really nice people and they did an oil change 80.00 for a conventional oil change was excessive, but we bought the car and there was 0% oil life so it needed to be done. Again great service just ridiculous price.

The way the shop sits is rather odd. I pulled into the back entrance and to the front. The attendant was pointing but I did not know what he wanted me to do. He was however standing with I presumed was a customer. He then made a frustrated face and rolled his eyes, I got out of my vehicle and asked where he was pointing. He was directing me behind a Ram that was next up. He approached my vehicle and gave me the general greeting, and how I was doing. My response was" I was doing ok til I saw Your the face you made at me" he said I yelled at him , but I never got out of my vehicle. I proceeded to tell him what I needed and he advised me it would be like a half hour wait..which I was willing to do but , I changed my mind. Not wanting to deal with his attitude, I drive away.

Do yourself a favor if you’re the type like myself that wants to see your vehicle the whole process and you tried to stand in front of the bay and you were told that you cannot until your check in just get in your car and leave and go elsewhere. I will give them one more chance if this happens again, they will no longer receive any my business

Absolutely horrible service. The “manager” was a total clown. Guys like him make it really easy for me to just go back to dealerships even with them being more pricey at least I know it’ll be done right and have not nearly the headache of dealing with incompetent managers
A week later and still no one has reached out, I am out $200 because your employees lost a clip to my fuel filter and I had to go buy an entire fuel line from ford because they happen to not sell the clip by itself. Your management is a joke and it was very obvious by how the employees talked about the manager as well as were on their phones or sitting on the curb for a majority of the three hours I waited there.
Hopefully hear from someone soon! Because I shouldn’t have to pay two hundred dollars out of my own pocket on top of the $216 for oil and a fuel filter replacement.

They run a hidden price scheme. Before going in they said starting at $102 for full synthetic, but they didn't provide details on what could go up. After spending 10 minutes waiting for nothing they come up with their estimate at $160 something assuming plus tax, calling for a drain cap that's not reusable. I've never heard that anywhere not even the dealership.
I went down the road to Oil Buddy and got it for $105 or the door price.
