I have been coming to this location off and on for over 10 years and I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. I asked the manager Simon a simple request to change the maintenance required indicator from 5000 miles to 4000 miles. He kept interrupting me and cutting me off and said he couldn’t do it. I have been a loyal customer but I will never return.

I work 2 doors down from this location and dropped off my car for an oil change. The guy who took it in seemed annoyed, but it was 110 degrees outside and I don't really hold that against him. It's miserable in this area, lol. But still - he shook his head a few times and I'm not sure if it was at me or something else going on. I came back a couple hours later to pick it up and it was ready to go. The girl working there - Gwen - was fantastic! She was positive and friendly and went over everything they'd found with my car. They did say they'd cleaned the windows and they weren't cleaned, but again - small deal. And, their report says there was a small oil leak but it didn't say where, so I'm still trying to find that leak. Overall, I'm happy with this location, I'm impressed by the customer service, and I'll bring my car back every time if they keep it up! Also - Simon answered the phone both times I called to ask about their services and he was great. I'm not sure if he's the same guy who took my car but he was really kind. 🤗 I'll change my review to a 5 star if next time they do everything they said and don't make me feel a little bad for having to drop off my car. I work in a 911 center and or our breaks are pretty strict so I don't have the luxury of waiting, and I don't live in town. Overall, good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Waiting for an air filter, my oil change took an hour. On the invoice they had wash exterior window completed. They did not clean my windows. Vacuum floors completed, no they didn't do that one either. Considering how many employees they had and only one car I didn't understand why I didn't have better service. I have been here several times and usually there service is really good. I guess today was a bad day.

The Manager was mad because I wouldnt buy a battery said 1 only have 100 ccamps
My battery is a 750. It will only start at the lowest 550 CCA. Then he tried to intimidate me into it.
He lied. And mad cause I wouldnt by a new air filter. I will never be back to an already slow store. He wanted to try to intimidate me again. I dont get intimidated.
I flat out told him no. Just the oil. Then i checked into it. He put the wrong oil in it. My truck take 5w-20. This so called expert put 10w-40. My oil pressure gauge kept going to zero. My paper work says 10w-40. I had to take it to Ford for the correct oil
Im going to keep taking it to Ford dealer. Never again.if i could give a half star I would

There only purpose is to up sell. Thats it.

I'm shocked, they didn't automatically say I need a new air filter like every other place I've been to. Great service, honest, I'll definitely be back again.

Simon and Chelcey took care of my car for oil change and tire rotation.
It took only about 40mins and they were super friendly.
I thought I replaced the engine air filter and cabine air filter after oil change by myself but they noticed I had new filters and they replaced during the oil change.
Thank you so much. I'll come back here again.
