I've been going to jiffy lube for years and it's unfortunate that their service has become mediocre and their prices have become gouging compared to their competition. They are pricing themselves out of their competition. $100 for a 4 quart oil change. What a joke and a disappointment.

Great customer service at the beginning. Got me in really quick. I was a little frustrated they didn’t tell me they had to order a filter from autozone and wait for it. I had plans I was late to because of that and wish they would have told me instead of leaving me wondering in the wait room. But once they got the part it was smooth sailing!
