I have enjoyed coming to this location for a few years and have always had good customer service. I'm sad they are closing. I had a disappointing experience today, however. I spent a good amount of time selecting fabric for several seasonal runners, planning to get between a quarter and half yard of each. When I got to the cutting counter, however, there were signs that you couldn't buy less than a yard, and the clerk there confirmed that. In my opinion, these signs should be placed in the fabric area, so people don't waste their time picking out fabric only to have to put it all back. I've always liked getting smaller cuts of fabric, as I typically make small projects, so it is a bummer I won't be able to do that as they liquidate their inventory.

I've been coming to this Joanne for years and it's sad to say their customer service has completely gone down the drain. The cashier doesn't want to replace the receipt paper and and the manager Robin beyond disrespectful. I ask questions and would like answers but apparently asking 3 questions was to much. I will be going an another location from now on.

I'm so torn because I love shopping at this location and have had wonderful encounters with the other employees that work there. However Ashley's attitude was beyond atrocious, the way she was treating customers was despicable. I hope she gets some form of coaching from management.

I don't know why they give coupons that we cannot use. I have yet to use a coupon or so called points. I have michaels app & have been given coupons and point that I have used many times. No wonder they are going through the bankruptcy.

I love me a Joann, but the over confidence of the city of Mesa in the shopping center has rendered a small size store to expand to fill a large space. Staff is over worked and under appreciated.

Joann Fabrics and Crafts is a great place to shop for anything pertaining to crafting, they seem to have it all! This store is very clean and organized, and the restroom was clean as well. The employees are very helpful with whatever your project happens to be.
There is a weekly sale and you can sign up to receive coupons for 40 % off one non-sale item. I used a coupon for 25% off my entire purchase and then received another coupon for 50% off one item!

Every staff member was nice and asked if you needed help. this location also had several promotions on fabric. The app has discounts on select items as well. I'll be back soon
