I ordered a pair of Crocs from here and it came with the box destroyed and the jibitz stolen. After contacting customer support, they were extremely unhelpful and slow at responding. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved, and I would like to warn anyone purchasing from Journey's.

I have shopped here twice now and cannot believe how good their customer service has been. Emily took care of me today helping me find my size and ordering the exact shoes I wanted. I will definitely continue to shop here.

probably the worst shoe store i've ever shopped at. employees aren't friendly an children are running the store. maybe they need to refranchise with nike to make it better, they could do better

it's 240 on a Wednesday afternoon and came to the store to get some shoes and was told we had to wait outside right as we were walking up because one of the employees was getting sick and they needed a few moments… It's been like an hour and there was multiple employees and they are still closed.... Doesn't make any sense why one of multiple employees not feeling good would keep the store closed for over an hour ??♂️Guess that's what happens when you have children running a business
