Was looking to get my bicycles tuned up and repaired for the upcoming season. So I stumbled upon Junction bike and man am I glad I did! I called and spoke to Jason, and he was very polite and professional over the phone and when I went in following the phone call, he was just as polite and professional in person! His customer service was excellent and exceptional! He listened to my needs and came up with a plan of action to accommodate them! Their prices are very reasonable and they do excellent work! He is the true meaning of customer service. I'm glad I picked Junction bike for all of my bicycle needs. Thanks again, two thumbs up!

Best customer service! We've been taking our ebikes to Jumction Bike for service as needed. Sadly, both bikes were stolen on a road trip to the N.W. We purchased new ebikes from Jered at Junction Bike and could not be more satisfied with our experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to the kind of customer service that has become rare in the world. All of this combined with supporting a small, local business is a win for us!
