Update 03/29/24: They no longer have popcorn chicken. Quick service!------Great tasting food, but..all out of chicken breasts, popcorn chicken, Mac and cheese, and green beans tonight 4/14/22.

If you don't mind spending over 20 minutes in drive thru then disregard. But if your hungry and want service in a timely manner then you must avoid this location at all cost. I purchased my food in the drive thru at 6:39pm. It's now 7:05pm and still waiting. This is really messed up. Management is obviously not doing a good job.So it's now 7:20pm on March 28th. Customers are now being turned away. And being told it's going to be at least an hour wait. I thought this was fast food. Management has lost control of the store. It's a disaster

I don't like to do this, but there was so much wrong with my visit that I feel like it's necessary. First, the young man running the drive-through was rude when I asked his opinion between a chicken sandwich and nuggets. Then I ordered a sandwich and fries, and he repeated back a combo. I told him I didn't want a combo because I don't want a drink. He left my order a combo. I paid with a credit card and he didn't give me a receipt. He instructed me to pull around for my food. I wasn't sure where to go. The parking lot was full of 4 people waiting for their food. I waited almost 20 minutes, and when my food was brought out, there was no receipt. I asked about it, and the guy who brought out my food said he was new and he could go get it if I needed it, but it would take a bit. I asked him to tell his coworker it's a good idea to at least offer. I drove away, bit into my sandwich, and immediately knew I wouldn't be able to eat my food. The chicken was so overcooked that I almost couldn't bite through it. I looked at the sandwich, and less than half of the bun was even covered by the chicken. It was small, and so tough I couldn't eat it. The fried were good. I was able to eat them. Overall, the experience was not worth what I spent or the frustration I experienced. Bums me out. I used to really like KFC, but I don't know if I will go back after this.

I think the only problem I have with this KFC is that it’s only accessible when you’re driving eastbound. In order to get into the drive-through you have to drive east on Main Street. You can’t come around if you’re heading north on Lindsey. And if you do happen to come in from any of these other directions, you have to drive into the plaza loop around so that you can head east on Main Street and then you can turn into their driveway. And then the only other knock is trying to drive out of the drive thru. Otherwise it’s the same old Kentucky fried chicken you’ve always had pretty good food.

Don’t come here!! Every time I order food from here the order is either wrong or bad quality.The guy working the drive thru is presumably medically slow and shouldn’t be serving a glass of water let alone serving food that people pay for with their hard earned money. The manager and cooks serving and controlling food quality should be fired. Do them a favor and go to a different location because they don’t want to work anyway.

Order 1 of the new meal boxes with a side of coleslaw - lrg. & 2 wraps, I placed and paid through their mobile order App. When they handed me my order, the kid said it is all there but this was not true. The box was missing the dipping sauces and there were no Wraps or Slaw.
