As a GM of a Trampoline park in Cali. ? The young lady there today was very sweet, very helpful, and when she had down time was cleaning in the smallest spaces. Good staffing right there! I will be gloating about her during my next team meeting!

We tried to have my son’s 6th birthday here (having been several times before) and it was an absolute nightmare. The manager is a teenager and there is no way to get a refund (according to the smarmy teen manager). Their service was so bad that we cancelled and went to another venue. I have 3 young kids and we go to these kinds of places a lot, but we’ll never go to Kids Empire again.

I think terribly overpriced for just a couple hours, but the price you pay is for all day, there is nothing less. But the kids do love it and it is fun to slip down that steep slide even though it crunches my spine LOL

My son loves it here! I enjoy the availability to come/go as needed with receipt. The price is affordable and the time is unlimited so it's great! The best part about this place is the accommodation for parents to be able to play with the child in the play area and at no extra expense. There are plenty of seating as well. My only critique is that they need to fix the motorcycles in the track area. Only a few out of what they had worked. Overall, would highly recommend his place!

It was fun, the pink slide is so steep, most kids either get hurt, or burned from the friction from the speed, or go airborne, and land on their side and hit their heads. I sat their for a few hours, and watched this happen to every single kid, except my niece. She loved it, she even climbed up the slide to the top. I guess the slide is not for everyone. I found it fun, too. The rest of the place, is wonderful. You only pay $20.00 per child. Adults are free. So that is nice. Great place to go, on a hot day. I liked the giant Lego room.. I built a fort.

Friendly staff. Parents still responsible for their kids . Yes you need to sign a waiver. But it's all the same if the kids or you get hurt Kids Empire not responsible. Usual stuff. Great price for all day and special kids area . My 2 year son had a great time.

I went to check this place out. I was told they had a toddler area. I went in with my 17mons granddaughter, I asked if I can just look at the area to toddlers to see if it's age appropriate. They said no I had to fill out a waiver and pay. Fine I did. The sign at that area says toddlers and diapers only .I went in and started playing with my granddaughter... within 5 mins several older kids come running in and started playing. No parents watching them. I had to take my granddaughter out so she wouldn't get knocked over or hurt. I went to talk with the employees, they told me they were short handed and couldn't monitor that area. I asked for a refund. They told me they were unable to do that. I will never go back again.

Friendly staff. Electric bumper trucks, 5 rides, short loops, for $11. Adults (2) free with kid cost. Free lockers for your shoes. My complaints, I had to sign a waiver upon entering, waiving them of any liability if we get hurt. I asked if the place is regularly inspected for safety and the cashier seemed to have no clue. The waiver also gave them the right to photograph or record my child and use it (without compensation) for their marketing. That’s not ok. I asked the cashier about it and she said they don’t photograph or record the kids, so we proceeded to go, but why is it in there? It’s shady to demand parents to allow that if they want to, just so they can pay to enter and use the facility play gym. I’ve never heard of this before, but didn’t appreciate it being hidden in the waiver we are forced to sign to enter. Upon entering and playing with my son I understand why they have you sign a waiver. One slide is insanely steep. If a child goes down wrong, serious injury could occur. My son said it hurt his head to go down because it’s too fast. Thrill seekers may enjoy this, but it was too much for my little. The next thing I noticed is the cushion steps going up are blocked wood (not firm foam like most indoor play gyms). They were harsh on bare feet (socks only) and if rushing or running up, can cause injuries to feet or ankles. The next surprising thing I saw was a random hole in the second level that was designed to be right after you get up the top of the climbing ladder to the second level. Anyone who isn’t looking down will drop to the bottom without knowing what happened and it would cause a child, or even an adult, potential serious injury. Other than that, we had a nice time, but while being extremely cautious in the play land for reasons explained. The other thing I didn’t like was you’re not allowed to bring your own food inside, but the only food they offer is junk food.

This place is open late. You can come & go as you want. They say no outside food & drinks but I did not follow that rule because my kid has special food needs & they didn’t search my bag. They ask that you eat your outside food at the car but it was 115 degrees outside & other people had their own snacks. I understand they want to sell stuff at their counter however with my kids food issues, there was nothing they sold that she would eat.

Was hoping this place was better than it was. Came here with our tot thinking it would be a great place to play inside with a little one. The website boasted slides and bouncing and ball pits and more. However when we arrived the tot area had teenagers running in and out with no staff monitoring and we found the area itself severely lacking. Everything "fun" was fenced in with netting and our toddler did not want to go inside even with us in there with him. It was scary and restrictive. The area only had slides and a ball pit that again was completely fenced in. Seemed more like an area for preschoolers than for infants and toddlers still in diapers. With the experience we had we could have gone to a park for free and had more fun. It is not worth the price of admission despite being able to be there all day. Our toddler was ready to leave after less than 30 minutes. As for the older areas its just a huge indoor playground, does not offer a lot of specialities making it worth the price of admission. Basically your paying for air conditioning when the parks are too hot.

Well been to this place many times, go here especially from Gilbert, bc liked this place for over some other places. So we go in today, the gal at the register told us we can't take in food, which we understood, even though our toddler doesn't eat outside food. So we told her we won't feed her, but asked if we can least keep the food in the locker, since we can't leave the food out in the car with the burning heat. She refused to allow us to do that, amazed at her objection, we asked for her name, she refused to share it, we asked for her supervisor name, she refused to give it out, saying she is not allowed, the funny part because by the end of our interaction with her she claimed she was the supervisor. Now this is ridiculously funny, because at this point, her co-worker even started paying attention, bc she had to be wondering like since when r the supervisor of this place hahaha. The least to say I'm shocked to have received such customer service especially if she is really the supervisor, now I'm wondering if we asked for the owners name, she probably would have claimed to be the owner also lol. Hope this helps parents, please expect your kid to go hungry or expect to leave the place after 2 hrs. I guess that's how they make money, u pay for the day & kind have to leave after 2 hrs if u want to feed your kiddo. Yes I find it completely ridiculous bc all the other times we been there we've always seen toddler with their snacks, ridiculous shocked, not knowing if it was the food that bothered her, or us being Non-American. Leaves me wondering if it was the food bag that really bothered her, if that was the case how have other people been allowed food that we always see people have taken in. Really am blown away, that she would not allow us to even keep the food in the locker, so we just ended up leaving bc I'm not going to throw out the food especially considering how expensive things are these day & just don't wantto waste food. Having shared it all, don't think this gal should be allowed to be in customer service. Just the rudes, not good for any business to have such personality. Surely lost our & our friends with young kids business from our monthly visits to any future birthday party plans.

Went to gilbert one last week had a great time, this one not so much. The manager wouldn't let me bring in my starbucks drink, when they did at other location. Told her I could leave it on ledge in waiting area, was told that they couldn't watch drinks. I sat right next to where I would be placing it. Had just spent almost 200 bucks on a pass. This one is closer to my house. She said I could put it back in car. At other location the other mom I met there brought in her own snacks as well no one cared. She said she was not responsible for how other locations run their facility. Met another mom at this location who came in with an outside drink. SHE SAID NOTHING to the other mom. Looking for a response, she told me she was the manager.

I would give a zero if I could!!! I had the worst encounter with one of the rudest employees there! I attempted to bring my kids there on a day off/holiday, we were the second customers even there- the girl doesn't greet us, she asks if we've ever been there, snaps at me that we are required to pay for my teenager who had no intentions of playing while my two younger kids were going to play, and refused to get a manager. Kids Empire- please fire this employee and never allow her to work with people again!! She was "the only one" there working, or so she claims, this morning on Memorial Day 2023. She refused to provide her name so I could file a complaint with her management. I tried to call them after we left and their voicemail is full and it's almost impossible to get a live person. Will tell all of my parent friends with small children to stay far away!!! Make this place go out of business!!!

Great place to let the kids run around and explore. The slides are FAST if you're an adult going down with your little one so be ready! Gal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was pretty much empty when we were there. Will definitely be back anytime we're in the area with our little ones.
