I was greeted by an associate when I first arrived at the store. I found what I went to the store for. Then I was greeted by another associate. I went to check out and was greeted by Sue. She was very polite and very professional.

-200 stars! This location is a SCAM! My husband bought a Sephora gift card for $200 from this Kohl's Sephora for my birthday last year. When I tried to use the gift card at a Sephora I was told the card had no value. What the! So he went to this Sephora inside Kohl's and was told by the manager "we have this happen often, but we can't do anything about it, just go to your credit card company to get your money back". What the! So he disputed the charge with the credit card. But now they say his $200 will not be refunded. This is a TOTAL SCAM. Do NOT support this Kohl's or the Sephora inside it.

I really Love 😍 this store however I was disappointed around the Xmas season 😞 I didn't find any Mr Grinch adult pajamas or a stuffed animal Grinch . You have the grinch baby blanket how about the adult size Mr Grinch blanket 👍 he is the most popular item each year . I had even went to other Kohls to look for more Grinchy stuff all the other Kohls were all the same.
