My mom has gone to Kool Nails for years. I've gone there too with my daughter when we visit AZ. My mom's last experience was terrible (just Saturday 6/21) and left her shaking. Tony yelled at my 87 year old mother when she asked a simple question. He continued to rage and made my mom extremely uncomfortable. There was no apology, nothing. This is not right. This is not how you treat good customers. We will not be going back, ever!

Best service I've ever had with my nails! They take their time, don't rush you out, and make sure they look good. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this place!!

Came in as a walk in after dropping off dry cleaning. Took me right in. Tony did a nice job. Make appointments and keep them, that's the best way to get a seat . Took his time , very relaxing and clean.

Tony is great. He was very talkative and funny. He listens to what you want and doesn't rush you. I never once felt like he was rushing to get to the next client. He did a great job on my nails.

Husband and wife business. The service was perfect and my nails where really beautiful. The hot stone was perfect and relaxing, I ended up falling asleep 😴. I'll go back every time.

Tony and Katie have always done a wonderful job for me. I brought my 97 year old mother in for pedicure and she loved Katie and said it was the best job ever. We will continue to do business with them. They treat everyone with respect, kindness and always in a professional manner. Great job

From my point of view …
Tony always ask customers to pay cash or card. He didn’t bully or he didnot said anything to hurt customers feelings. He was treated everyone equally . ( not by color of your skin ) . If you paid by card start from September 1 , 2024 , it will be adding extra fee from the credit card company. ( I call the shop and I asked him ). There were some things misunderstanding between you and Tony. Thanks!

Took my mom for a pedicure after 2 hip/leg surgeries and Tony was amazing with her and her needs. I also appreciated the chair massage as her caregiver. Will definitely return! Thank you, Tony!

Has had great experience each time at the nails salon. Tony and his wife do not discriminate as some of the other salons do especially when you are minority. Everyone is treated equally and given same great experience.

Katie and Tony are very nice and do a great job. Especially this last time Tony did them and made my acrylics thinner and more shapely I especially liked them this time. Katie gave me a new set prior to this one and I didn't have much nail bed to work with (nail biter) so she had a challenge and did great. I'd use either one of them.
