My car was taken in right away. The sales rep was very nice and efficient. They found the issue and installed the right part. I also had 20% off - happy hour time when booking online. Very satisfied! :)

Everyone was so professional and Lisa was a great help to me. My only complaint was it took 3 hours. They were thorough and offered advice on whether I needed to replace a part on my car or not and they gave me a quote. Thank you.

It was very quick. I went in under the impression the service was going to be 20% off the $79.99 service fee and it ended up being more. I was going to purchase the 3 oil changes package deal, but after noticing the discrepancy in cost, I decided to wait.Staff was friendly.

We needed some routine work done and were also having battery and electrical issues. We switched to this Nissan location last year for our service because the customer service was far superior to the other location we started with. We are so happy to have Jason as our service advisor (rather than a different person every time) . We feel like we have gotten to know him, he always takes great care of our vehicle and keeps us informed. Thanks Jason!!

Had broken door handle that needed replacement. Was told it would come in two weeks later. After two weeks, they called me to come in. I asked them to also do an oil change. After we had agreed on a price, I gave them my car. 2 hours later they called me saying they ordered the wrong part and they misquoted the oil change price and I now needed to both pay more and come back again to get my door handle fixed. It was a waste of a half day. There way of making it up to me was to give me the price on the door handle that we agreed to at first, after initially trying to also raise the price on the door handle once they had my car. Disgraceful and dishonest.

Review for Service: Quoted 1.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation with appointment. It took 2.5 hours. There is a large window from which you can watch them work on your vehicle. I was there waiting about 1.5 hours before it was even lifted. After the inspection, they recommend a brake flush (had one done in June elsewhere) so they are just trying to get money out of people. They also recommended the in-cabin air filter gimmick ($75). I will spend the time doing that myself. I will say the text message with the recommended services where you can approve/decline is nice. The reason I even went there was because I pre-purchased the 3 oil change/rotation package back when I was having recall service done. Big mistake. I may only come back for the last one. Or maybe I will just take the loss and go somewhere I feel is honest.

One component I admire is consistency. Jason in the service department has been available and present since the purchase of my vehicle (4-5 years ago). It’s nice being able to deal with the same person, and it’s even better knowing they go above and beyond to save you the most out of pocket. Jason has always been helpful in assisting me with my vehicle service needs, and I appreciate him for that!

Title: Disappointing Experience at This DealershipI recently visited this dealership with the intention of purchasing my fourth Nissan, but my experience left much to be desired. My hopes were to explore what was new in the Nissan lineup and find a vehicle comparable to my current one. Regrettably, the way I was treated during my visit was far from what I expected.Upon arrival, I was initially greeted by one staff member and then passed on to another. However, my enthusiasm for exploring options quickly waned as I was essentially brushed off when I made it clear that I wouldn't be making a purchase that day. I was left to navigate the lot on my own, feeling neglected and undervalued.Fortunately, I decided to visit the dealership next door, where the service and approach were the complete opposite. They took the time to educate me about new vehicles, offered comparable options, and, most importantly, closed a deal. This experience contradicts the notion of being unplanned, as the other dealership's professionalism and customer-centric approach not only met my needs but exceeded them.I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in training their sales team to value and appreciate all customers, even if they express that they are not making an immediate purchase. The other dealership not only educated me about new vehicles and provided comparable options but also successfully closed a deal, highlighting the stark contrast in customer service between the two establishments.I did not complete any survey. Maybe today was an off day. I'm not sure, but I know our business was not valued at all. We came into sell my vehicle, the person we were supposed to meet with wasn't in the office today we spoke with Sales Manager I believe for all of 2 minutes then was directed to sit elsewhere because he had another appointment. Another gentleman who was very nice tried assisting us. He was working the numbers, but after 30 minutes and no acknowledgment, it was evident we wasted our time and we left. I understand things patience. However, we felt more like an inconvenience instead of an opportunity.

Went in knowing what I wanted and was able to get the 2023 Altima for the shown price. They worked with me on getting my interest to a reasonable rate. That was more in line with the current market. They had my wife and I out in no time at all. Excellent customer service surpassing many other dealerships that I have dealt with.

It was great; got my car checked out and fixed the stuff that needed fixing. They sent me texts and kept me updated throughout the process, then my car was ready for pickup the next day. I highly recommend this place.
