Bad experience with Jason Rasch. Communication was awful. Poor planning caused several delays with closing, costing seller and buyer holding costs. Lots of other choices out there so I would recommend shopping around.

Best team to work with when either refinancing or getting new loan. We’ve worked with Tom and his team for many years now and he is attentive to our needs. Jesse was absolutely wonderful to work with! He started helping us in March of last year, and he gave us amazing advice on things that would help us get lower rates, and he continued to help us through February of this year.
