This is Sally Malone. I came in on 3/4/24, had my eyes checked by Dr Carroll and it was a great experience.Next I walked over to pick out my glasses and had another great experience.I want to thank Quinn, Shea and Aaron for the help with picking my glasses out. They were professional, patient and very knowledgeable. This is the reason I'll always come back.

I may have already posted a review, not sure. I really, really like this office. It is welcoming, the staff are friendly, courteous, and they know what they are talking about. Truly exceptional!

We just had the best experience here with Patrice Cook helping us. Our mom is visiting from Wisconsin and her glasses broke. Patrice was so helpful. We highly recommend this store.

Aaron and Quinn were very helpful in getting me both a short term solution to broken glasses as well as a long term solution to broken glasses.I was able to call them, check on inventory for a very specific Rayban frame, pick up, and order the preferred color of the Rayban frame all in the same day so I wouldn’t be with broken glasses for two weeks.My private vision office wasn’t willing to sell me the frames without purchasing new lenses which I personally find ridiculous.I’ll be giving my business to LensCrafters in the future because of this.

I recently bought glasses at LensCrafters. I bought the protection plan because I was told that I could exchange the glasses if they were damaged or if they were not right for me. I wanted to go back to metal frames from the plastic ones that were purchased and was denied this by the saleswoman. I even offered to pay the $50 co-pay. Instead, she offered me a refund. Instead of arguing I said okay. She shorted me $25 on the refund. When I pointed this out, she blamed the computer and said she would have the manager call me. It is now 5 days later and I have not yet heard from any manager.

This location was great from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. The technician who did my pre-testing was nice and the doctor was super friendly. Shea was helpful and very friendly when looking for glasses. This is our new lens crafters for sure. Thank you!
