Heart Savers is full of information and the employees are friendly. They definitely take time to answer questions and provide all the information you need to save a life. The experience is great and efficient without compromising quality, and will continue to patronize for needs. The Article 9 course provided valuable background information and was thorough regarding green, yellow, and red light techniques. The instructor is easy to follow, has lots of experience and knowledge, and made time for questions after every section. The course is simple to sign up for, very informative, and the staff are polite and comfortable.

The was formative easy to follow and I actually learned something today so thank you. There were several things I was gonna buy but he answered all of them. He very structured and it was easy to follow.
