Food was great, server was also nice. Cleanliness could be a lot better, definitely needs a good clean up inside, as soon as you enter it smells bad and dirty which is not welcoming at all.

Waitress was lack luster. She was very cold during the dead hours of lunch service. Did not like her. She was doing the bare minimum.

This place is great, me and my bf have been quite a few times now, they do everything how you would expect a good restaurant to do so, for example the first time I went was with my bf, and he had told me the place was really good, and he had been a few times with his dad.I got a burger and sadly it was under cooked so I sent it back, they did not make any fuss in any way just told me they where sorry and could see that it was under cooked, then they made me another one and I got it again and it was almost raw, so I told the waiter and they said they would get the manager the manager came and cut the patty in half and it sagged from how raw it still was, to which the manager said "it's pretty rare", I just looked at the manager and so did my bf neither of us needed to say anything as the food spoke for itself. The manager then took it back to the kitchen, and I could see that he was speaking to the cook who had cooked my burger, which I was happy to see as most places just dump it in the bin and move on, he came back and said the burger would be on the restaurant so we would not have to pay for it, they cooked me another burger and it was delicious and they did all of this quick enough that me and my bf could still enjoy our meal together, before he finished despite being busy although he did have a lot of food and i dont tend to eat nearly as much as him, since then we have been back many times, the waiters are always friendly and do a very good job, the food is always yummy ? and the manager is very friendly.I have even seen him working at the bar at times, which is great to see that a manager is willing to work like that when needed, and which again I don't see many restaurants/managers who do that.Every other time I have been back i have never had any time where I sent any food back this place constitently makes great and delicious food with large portions, especially for the price, which is great because my bf always is full after his meal and i always have yummy left overs, and the interior is always clean and is nice to be in.

I wanted to leave a review for Taylor C. This was our first visit to Longhorn. We have a young baby and don't always get to go out a lot. Our baby was calm all day until we ordered our food lol. Taylor was extremely kind, supportive, and very gracious. She made our baby laugh and in the harder moments she offered to keep our food on the warmer as we calmed him down. She was so kind and this was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. We need more Taylors in the world. We would definitely go back based upon this amazing experience. Thank you!!

We had the 6oz filet and it was fantastic! It was seasoned nicely and cooked to our order, medium rare and medium well. Perfectly cooked! Our meal was awesome!

I ate at the bar. The bartender did not clean the bar at all. Dirty plates around remained on top of the bar the entire time I ate. I felt uncomfortable. Almost left. Another employee tripped on a chair and kept walking. Didn't fix the area after tripping ?. The experience felt tacky and uncomfortable. My only previous experience with the brand was in San Juan PR, and they were outstanding in every way . I wouldn't recommend this one.

This restaurant used to be a favorite, but no more. I had Flo's Filet, as usual, and it was overcooked and flavorless. The sides were tasty, but it's the steak that is the star of the show. And it did not perform!

Let me start by saying I'm somewhat of a food snob. However, I'm willing to eat at the corner diner or a downtown specialty restaurant, I just want good food, decent service, and clean. We arrived early (3P) for a party of 6 to get a table; 330P was our meeting time and no reservations are taken. We were seated immediately, which was great, but it took over 25 minutes before a sever came over to see if we wanted a drink...no hello, my name is xxxx, welcome. The joint was maybe 1/4 full and there were plenty of workers.I should have known this was the beginning of bad service, especially after seeing the adjacent booth complain to the manager. There was obviously lack of communication between the teen seating folks and what server had what station...the manager on duty, well he appeared clueless. Tables seated after us received meals before we got bread. Nothing worse than seeing food runners with hot meals lined up their arms...they carried three salads in a hand/arm, with one bowl sitting on another salad. Doubt this practice meets health standards? Many tables sat with dirty dishes and cleaning rags sitting...carpet disgusting and bathrooms in need of desperate update. One table left 30 minutes before us, and uneaten dinner plates sat at each place setting, even though now at 530 and the place had filled. Honestly, like Fiesta Mall, this place should be razed. This is the "Olive Garden" of steak houses...if you like OG, you'll probably love this place. This is not Steak 44, Durant's, Burbon and Bones, or even the Keg or Firebirds...but I knew that. With all this said, I had one of the higher priced steaks, bone in ribeye ($32), medium rare, with broccoli, and Caesar salad. The steak was cooked properly, came out seasoned well, and was hot...broccoli is what it is and acceptable. The Caesar was bland and forgettable, although it had plenty of dressing and parmesan shavings. With my soft drink and tip, I was out the door for $46. Compared to the upscale steak houses I mentioned, that would not get you any ribeye, let alone side and salad. The others in my party all said their food was tasty. The server tried to make up for lackluster service by providing a nice (double) dessert for our birthday friend, plenty to share. I left 20% tip (normally I'd leave 25%) since not all service issues were on her...ultimately, it's the manager, and if they can't see what's going in his restaurant, maybe they're in the wrong line of work.Better than Texas Roadkill, but not as good as Outback, Black Angus...all similar pricing. Summary, food was above acceptable, ambiance poor due to dirty tables and carpet (really, how do you clean and disinfect carpet to standards), and our lackluster service. I'll only return if asked by a friend to join them.

The wait was long but once seated lots of empty tables . Not a good experience, I wish I had not gone there. I actually ate none of my food . I wouldn’t suggest .

We had a wonderful meal. The steak and shrimp were done to perfection, and our service was great. The manager also stopped by our table to check on our overall experience.
