Trust me. Do. Not. Book. Them. I was not made aware of the $160 trip fee when I booked. It is absolutely insane to charge someone $160 for movers to show up at your house. The job was simply to move my items from the apartment to a Uhal that we rented. The way the invoice is set up, it tricks you into thinking the deposit is for 1 hour of work when in reality it is just for them to show up. One of the movers was also out of shape -he said so himself- so the hustle was non existent. For a company that charges $160 per hour, I expect the movers to try to move quickly. I used this company 3 years ago when Mr. Buff worked there and his service was top notch but he no longer works there. I would not recommend. There are much cheaper options that would likely give better service.

They arrived on time and were able to get the items moved within the time frame I had requested. However, I found that they had chipped off some of the items and they were dishonest about it when I had asked them. I wouldn't use them to move any fragile items.

We were very happy with the move, the movers seemed to care about our belongings and were fast. We had a move that included 2 stops and they were happy to help with anything we needed done. The final bill was also right about what was estimated. We would use them again.

I have hired low budget movers to move locally, most unprofessional movers with full of attitude. They just pass time to bill more hours, broke my furniture and denied. I would never hire or recommend these guys.

We hired this company and two careless men moved our furniture into a storage facility and scratched our furniture up badly. I complained to the company and they sent out a man who put some sticky stuff on it to fix the scratches . Washed right off. They also stole an expensive ring and bracelet, and an Elvis coin purse. Missing an album too. The two other men that moved us into our house were very nice. From the same company. Nothing missing.

This was by far the WORST Move EVER! @$249/deposit \u0026 $249/hr for 4 men ,2 trucks for a condo \u0026 garage it took 6 hrs \u0026 MANY BROKEN ITEMS, including a ExtremelyHeavy \u0026 ExtremelyExpensiveTable base, \u0026 the Rest just ALL \"THROWN\" in New Garage! Not stacked or organized THROWN!! Owner is Rude, Condescending, \u0026 Impossible to Deal with!!

Do not use this moving company!! I initially thought the movers did an ok job until I went back to the house I moved out of, which belongs to my parents, and saw all of the damage. One mover put a hole in the master bedroom door when carelessly moving a desk. He told me about that damage because I heard it happen. All of the other damage was never reported to me: chips out of plaster and paint in the hallway, tore the corner off the window frame in the front of the house and screwed the pieces back together, damaged several planks in the front porch flooring, damage to the front door frame, and bend the screen on the front window. In addition, one of the movers spent half of the time trying to talk to me and even asked me out on a date. Very unprofessional all the way around. I reported it to the company but they never responded. Don't hire these movers if you want a moving company who cares about your property.

Our movers, Lorenzo and Richard (Rico), were amazing! They were really friendly and took great care with my furniture. I would definitely want these 2 guys to help me in the future if ever needed. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!!

Absolutely would not recommend, first off the prices on this Facebook page are misleading, they are way more expensive than they advertise. I booked and had them move furniture for me this past Friday, they totally mishandled my furniture. They disregarded boxes that were clearly labeled fragile and broke several of my glass items. They did not wrap any of my furniture during transport and they also did not reassemble furniture that they disassembled for transport. All of these were clearly outlined and promised to be done in the contract and they were not. I am very disappointed in this company, please save your money for someone else

They did a fair job although they did take 55 minutes to get to my new apartment 14 mins away as well as once they were tired they seemed to care less about the property they were moving and more about hurrying the job along wich when you pay for a service by the hour but st the same time when it involves moving everything you own. they were polite and fast for the most part just a lil ruff in the end
