Lowe's has gone downhill!!! Their people in store and online are not knowledgeable and don't care about customer service. I have talked to multiple people and I'm given a different answer every time. I have an email confirming an install date of Tuesday, and then overnight, I get an email changing to friday without my consent or without notifying me. Terrible service!!!

went to the Lowe's on Ellsworth in Mesa looking for a ceiling light for the bathroom and lights for around the bathroom mirrors. I wasn't in the light department more than five minutes when Maceo asked me if I needed any help. Not only did he ask questions I never thought to ask when putting those lights up, he also provided me with a visual by taking the light fixture out of the box that we chose and hooking it up to a lightbulb so I can see exactly how the lighting would work and look like. I just wanna send a shout out to him and to Lowe's to let them know what a great sales person they have! Thank you ever so much.

Purchased a Portacool Cyclone with a 3 year protection plan in May 2023. Water pump has went out so now I need to find a way of getting the water pump out myself, take a picture of it and request a new part that I will have to install myself. I am a senior female and not a technician so this is a huge problem. Never waste the money on an Lowes protection plan and never ever buy a Portacool product. This purchase was over $1000 and never did cool as well as a $300 unit we had before.

This has got to be the worst place to go if you think you're looking to get any kind of satisfactory customer service. The attitudes on the employees are that of prisoners in a maximum penitentiary. Lowes has good products but are seriously lacking in common courtesy and manners. This probably is the most jacked up home improvement store in the east valley. They usually have what I need, and their prices are competitive, but the whole customer service issue has soured me on Lowes as an option for purchasing for my home or business.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I purchased a Husqvarna leaf blower at this location around July 1st 2023. I have only used the fuel that was sold at Lowes for this product. After the 3rd can of fuel used the leaf blower developed an issue where it was hard to start and also would not maintain idle. After 30 days Lowes will not return the product and it has to taken to a service facility to be repaired. The service repair facilities say because Husqvarna is slow to respond it could take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to get it repaired. I bought a Husqvarna product because of the name brand association but after I did a little research I found out the blowers are manufactured in CHINA!!!! Great more Chinese garbage. I spoke with a few local gardners and they all use ECHO blowers which are made in Japan. The Echo blowers are more expensive but in the long run they last. Tractor Supply and Home Depot sell Echo products.

Lowe's was busy when I went. It was easy to find parking though. I went to Lowe's to get some quick cement and pvc pipes for my garden. When I went to the garden center, I was perusing what other products they had for sale. I could see the packets of seeds easily and they placed the praying mantis display in the middle aisle to catch people's attention. There were a lot of center displays. The praying mantis product was expensive for being $10. I am excited for them to hatch and that I can put them in my garden. I don't know how long it will take. So far I am keeping them inside. Hopefully they don't get everywhere in my house once they hatch.

What a cluster ****. They were only 6 hours late on the delivery and forgot to leave the water hose that was purchased with the refrigerator. I will never purchase from them again. This is the second time.

Worst Lowes, go to a different one. No one can help, all they can do is stare at their screen.

Lowe's is nearby to the Casa de P, and after an unfortunate series of events, we needed a new garage door opener. There was one on sale, but for whatever reason, you couldn't order it online for delivery nor for pickup. I headed to the store after a long day of stressful employ.Alas! Aisle 47 was out of the opener I had in mind. I went up to customer service to inquire if any other stores have them in stock. The gal at the counter advised me that there were 3 in the "top stock", and requested that I wait at the end of aisle 37, and an associate would bring me one. Except no one came.Finding an associate to help you in-store is like searching for the elusive sasquatch. If you do spot one in the wild and catch their gaze, they quickly turn away and jaunt away like a fleeing deer. I wandered long enough to find a two associates at the kitchen and appliance kiosk. One of these folks was a lovely lady named Linda. She found out all of my information, and was confused by my previous instruction. She checked the computer stock of the opener, and led me back to aisle 47, where she commandeered a rolling ladder. Linda located the opener, but it was unfortunately too heavy for her to safely retrieve. She requested the garage associate to assist me when he was through with some design customers at his desk, and promptly returned with a cart for me, and a chair to comfortably wait. Wait I did. And I waited. I waited some more. Linda kept checking on me though, wrought with apologies and kindness. Linda found another employee just at the time when the guy finished with his design customers. In the end, I got my opener. I just can't believe that of all the employees, nobody can get an item down for a customer? In the whole store? I paid at the front and was on my way. I filled out the online survey, but I really wanted the manager to know how awesome Linda was, and how through all of my visits to the store, she should be recognized as an exemplary associate. Gerard started out friendly, but as he read my online survey submission (with me on the line...awkward), he turned into a snippy, not-so-receptive representative of Lowe's. He no longer cared what I had to say, positive or negative - which I believe is part of the problem with staffing and apathy of existing staff. I do believe that Lowe's has a better selection of items than other big box stores in their class, but the staff here, with the exception of the amazing Linda, make the store not so pleasant and convenient to visit in the end.
