Waited 30 minutes for pick up, what’s the point of the so called convenience of curb side pick up. When we went inside they were barely loading our order. When I asked for they were short staffed she said no, and I told her we have been waiting for 30 minutes and she said her handheld machine said 3 minutes and I told her again no we have have been waiting for 30 minutes and she said well we don't have people just watching the parking lot. Rude! This is why I go to Home Depot and never had this issue.

I don’t really know what I just experienced. could just be one of the staff, but it was a pretty bad vibe.
I needed 4’x1”x2” lumber to be 2’. Should be able to stop by, admit my mistake, pay for a couple cuts to the lumber.
I take it back to the store and ask an older lady at the register in lumber. She looks at me, the wood, then states their cutting tool can’t cut the pieces I have - too small. Her tone and slow stare made me feel really unwelcome.
Frustrated after trying to ask and explain, I go to Home Depot and the wood is cut in a split second, and by friendly, smiling, people.
There is a chance the tools at Lowe’s are different than Home Depot. I’ll put a second Star on here for the benefit of the doubt. But honestly it’s the icky feeling that I got that makes me take the time to write this.
Idk what gives here? But it didn’t feel good.

Excellent Selection, Great Prices, and Helpful Staff!
Lowe’s is my go-to home improvement store for everything from DIY projects to major renovations. Their selection of tools, building materials, and home essentials is top-notch, and I can always count on finding what I need at a competitive price.

This is for Robert in gardening. He was great. Even though I had done some research on my own, we had good communication on what soil mix I needed to revive my citrus trees and what to get to prepare my vegetable garden. He was nice, super cooperative, and knowledgeable. Thanks, Robert, for your excellent help today!

Gotta pressure washer reduce price.They said it was only 2 days old.It's way over that like a few year thay sold it took it to showlow arizona And they say they're gonna result engine.Bad pumps, bad over 2 or 3 years old.Easy no way to treat customers

I was buying shelf brackets for a wood shelf that had a display of them showing price and price on shelf but didn’t have a UPC tag on the one’s I had picked up. I was told that they weren’t for sale a supervisor went checked said the same thing Not for sale, so I went and showed her what I saw She said Oh yes they are for sale. This is the 2nd time this happened in the past month last one a Refrigerator on sale and told that’s not the price even with tag showing the sale price above. I’m done with Lowe’s going to shop at Home Depot from now on.
