EDIT FOLLOW UP: after 3 or 4 days of dealing with nonsense & getting nowhere, Jessica the manager helped fix the situation today and I really appreciate it. Even though the vendor is late, I should be getting my item this week.Their customer service is garbage. I've had an item that I ordered and it's super late. I've been on hold for FOREVER, bounced around from person to person, every time i have called to have NOTHING figured out. I will NEVER be ordering anything from them again, this is ridiculous. They need to rectify this situation immeditaly.

Horrible mgr in flooring. Dave L is a complete -:;(&@@ wipe. The guy literally has one tooth could barely talk, dumb as all hell and was ripping me a new one telling me I should've ordered more boxes of tile since he couldn't find what I was looking for and frustrated with me asking questions. I said it was showing an inventory that the store had the tile . His exact words were if you would've ordered more tile you wouldn't be in this mess. Then said whatever and Walked away. Worthless garbage mgr. He needs to be fired. You never raise your voice or tell ANY customer they are wrong let alone a woman. He could use a new set of teeth and not have bad breath. Proper hygiene when helping others is pivotal. I was close to calling the cops as I was scared for my safety, however, I kept my cool and didn't want to stoop down to his level of stupidity and argue with a grown old man who acted like a toddler. Old cranky af man sportin one tooth and bad breath.

I ordered and paid for a toilet for a bathroom remodel. About one week later I receive an email that my order had been cancelled. I visited the store to ask why my order was cancelled. First contact was Maggie behind the returns desk (by the way if you don't know the returns desk is customer service. It is just not marked). Maggie's first works from her mouth was "I don't know". She did not look on her service computer to see the cancellation. That set me off to start a sentence with I don't know. I asked for a supervisor. A staff member arrived, did not catch her name, and I asked why my order was cancelled. She cancelled it because it was seven days after the purchase. I explained to her that the associate who sold me the toilet stated there is a fine for product not picked up in a timely fashion. I stated I had no problem with that. At that time there was no mention of seven days. The individual that I did not catch her name stated that after seven days the order is to be cancelled. In fact her and I had a phone conversation two days before about picking the toilet up. At that time no particulars were discussed about cancelling the order or seven days. I tried to converse with her talking about the lack of information regarding the phone conversation. As usual I got no where because all she could do is the canned response. I tried to talk to her about customer service but again canned response. So I am left with no toilet. I was a manager of people for my career and I can say this whole issue is lack of proper training of the associates and training in customer service. This is on management. One last thing. At this store, which I will tell indiviuals not to visit, it takes a treasure hunt to find someone to help of you have a question. Great job Lowes. Buy the way don't respond to this email because I will recieve the canned email. I read the past reviews.

Good place to go for home appliances. Decent ability to find staff to ask for help. Good selection on most tools, house goods, and appliances. Last year we purchased a washer, drier, and a dishwasher from here and have all good experiences.

Every single time I'm stupid enough to come to Lowe's I end up regretting it as I have another obnoxious experience trying to use the self checkout. There's always another new discovery on how Lowe's attempts to squeeze out value for their shareholders makes the average visit to their store just that much worse. I left the item at the checkout.I'm heading to Ace Hardware.

It's mandatory to pick at least one star to post on here otherwise I wouldn't leave any. I have received the worse possible service out of any business I have been to from this Lowes location. Me and my wife placed an order for carpet over 2 months ago and still have no carpet installed. It was first ordered in the wrong pattern. Not what we selected. Due to wrong pattern on paperwork when it was measured, the second time they did not order enough carpet to do the job. Upon ordering the carpet the 3rd time they came out to finally install and it was the wrong pattern again. We contacted the store manager and he said he would look into it and call back. We received no call. We then called again and spoke to a different manager who said it was on order again. We waited 2 weeks with no contact. We have been back to the store 3 times since and all 3 times being told we would be taken care of and we would be contacted about our carpet. We have not been contacted and no employee or manager has called us back as promised. We still have no carpet. And are working to resolve. If my wife wasn't adamant on this carpet due to the pattern I would have requested a refund 6 weeks ago and I would go elsewhere. I would not recommend Lowes for carpet nor will I ever buy carpet there again. Buyer beware.

It was hard to find an associate. I am usually not in a rush when I plan to go to any hardware store but time was sensitive per my schedule. It's very annoying in these situations not being able to get service.
