I actually enjoyed shopping again. I got a couple bras that were super cute and some pants and some undies and I only spent $34. Better than Walmart and nicer. Shoot I spend more on gross fast food. Keep it up macys. I will be back because I felt good after shopping there. I will be recommending people stop by and check out the new prices
I wish someone would come up with affordable cute clothes for women that are in their 40s but still like to feel like a Queen

I thought that Macy’s was supposed to be a classy place to shop. Ok, they were clearing everything out, but it was like they were trying to sell most of the items that didn’t sell over the past decade. It was a huge disappointment for me.

I just met the coolest workers at Macys. I loved Travis in the shoe department! He was so knowledgeable about all the discounts and sales in the whole store it was crazy!! I asked how he knew all that and he said, I go to the meetings every morning ha. He got me to shopping more lol.
Then I met Amanda in makeup, she was sooooo bubbly and fun! She was with this woman across the aisle named Evelyn who also worked in makeup. We had a great moment together and I was so thankful to meet them both! I’m definitely going back to see them all!! Oh, and if I had a million dollars I would hire them to be my personal shoppers.

The WORST experience I’ve ever encountered by a department. I bought my mattress with Macy’s and then the seam ripped on my mattress so the insurance approved for a replacement however they don’t make my mattress anymore so I went to pick another one in like may and literally all the manager has been telling me is that they will call me back as they figure things out with the insurance company and I’m always waiting for a call back!!! he never calls back and I’m still waiting. Every time I call it gets worse and worse and I completely regret buying my mattress with Macy’s!

Not my favorite Macy. We were ready to order 2 mission lay back chairs. The one on display was not put together well at all. Assembly was glued incorrectly with gaps everywhere. One of the payback chairs had an armrest falling off. Management is disappointing.
