Copa health does nothing for its clients. I have been waiting for a transfer to another facility for 3 months and the won’t do a thing. I was dealing with the Arrowhead campus. Danielle, the clinical director, won’t return my calls. Shayna Thompson, my case manager, won’t return calls. I have talked to Billy 3 times at headquarters. And…..nothing. Go ANYWHERE else. They hold your mental health care hostage.

I worked at this location for roughly 6 months as a recovery coach at the day program, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, this was my first job in the field and all it did was put my foot in the door and help me gain my experience! The pay is literal trash, you are understaffed, under paid and very over worked, the ratio is 25 to 1 and can be 30 to 1. Staff is treated poorly, there is no structure and you can be left without any supervision from management for hours! My stress and anxiety was horrible! If you want to have 4-9 notes all of the time, having to take care of around 25 adults a day, not be appreciate and be underpaid than this company is for you! I work a better company and make a ton more! Do not recommend to anyone

They changed their staff in the last two years so my review is on thier current standing not former. They know how to handle SMI well and serve their function, but they do suffer from government apathy complex, with a lack of punctuality and commitment to follow through, but as any free system powered by insurance that is to be expected.

I’ve been at COPA Health, formerly Marc Community Resources for over 3 years in the Work Adjustment Training Program as the BH Program Coordinator and love it. I have a great management team and my staff is awesome. Enjoy working with them all and yes it can be challenging but what isn’t? I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Any company that allows someone to continue to work, while being investigated for placing their hands on a 67 yr old that can not even try to defend themselves, gets a zero in my book! How do you all allow that? One of your girls placed hands on my mother causing bruising on her arm and tenderness around scar tissue on her head from her hair being pulled. Not to mention, she has not been able to sleep because of the trauma she now has, mentally and emotionally. This is absolutely unacceptable! This woman does NOT deserved to still be working! To say I’m furious is an understatement....

I was discriminated against by this organization. I have called & emailed requesting contact information for the ADA coordinator. I have gotten no response. I am moving toward filing a complaint with the EEOC.This organization has policies that violate my rights.#ADA #EEOC #DISCRIMINATION

I have not been able to get back to my own job because I am not sure if I should be coming back.My last day working their was March 20th I have been trying to find out when I can come back to work for the company I could get in touch with them for a while but I don't hear from them anymore. I did like working their when I started, not now I can never tell them anything about things like changing my times or if i have trouble finding a address and trouble with the client I am working for l will miss working for different clients

6/30/2020 6:33 p.m. So overall, the marc Community Resources, inc. is at a 5 star = the 1 star goes to Gray G.(101x(480) 969-3800) as they are willing to talk to you for over 10 mins and then when you ask them for the info to be able to find out the answer, they will say "that they don't know how to get that info," (All because that they have some personal drama against one of their co-workers with they called them a b**** and so that's why they don't want to go and do their job and be professional== 6:46 p.m.== so when you go and communicating from the way that that sucks really not the most appropriate thing for the position that you're in, and the role that you have, and the company that you're working for, so maybe you can say it no more of a clever way of saying that let me give you that information so that you can go and find out that information instead of being an a** wipe 6:47 p.m. and am I super glad that I'm able to now show everyone how Gary actually is out of what he actually thinks of his co-workers and how he's willing to create confrontation= and all in all that Gary had to do is give me that information that I was asking for, because I re ask for that information and then after the whole entire thing Ami going through saying that some people record these conversations and then they put them on YouTube and all that kind of stuff yeah I didn't do that this time== yeah it's because of persons like that is the reason why I do what I do by recording the conversation and then posting them online===yet I'm sure now Gary's going to get the message very loud and clear that's at his attitude are on Justified and unneeded in any position, because no one wants to hear someone that slandering the corporation that they work for, especially when it doesn't have to do with any of the how the corporate actually operates and has more to do with their personal Vendetta about the corporation and who they work with 6:49 p.m.) even though they work at the MARC Center they are unable to find out what the Marc Center know, is what they're saying; even though they do know who does know the answer to that and they can go ahead and give me their information or do their job and be professional and find out that information for me. yet instead of them even being able to get me that information so I can find out what IAM looking for, they'll go ahead and say " they don't have time to answer your questions and they have to get off the phone," now that is after you were talking to them for 10 minutes and there is no rush or anything other than them now feeling that they are able to have an attitude=== that creates them to be unprofessional, rates them to have conflict, and creates them to be belligerent. so overall I can give Gary and -10/10, and also instruct the Marc Center that I do not ever want to have Gary talk to me ever again in any way shape or form, because Gary the time to be professional oh, so no one has time to be professional towards them, Gary doesn't have the time to be kind and see on the phone for 30 more seconds to give me that information to get to whatever they need to get to== so no one should ever be kind of them== as what they wanted that's what they're saying to the universe ==scariest time to create conflict that's all anyone ever has to do for them. yeah like I said it's Gary contact me other than through an email, I will sue that person for harassment==== now they are in the position where they are the one that gives you the overview and introduces you can program and everything like that == and if you don't go on that day, you have to relay to Gary about what's going on by calling and leaving a message. So, overall, Gary should have given me the 30 secs more time+of, info that I asked for in a very nice, respectful, and very friendly way.
