Very bad attention. I just went for a material, they gave me the wrong one and it also lasted 1 hour for them to take away the material and another hour for them to give me the material I needed. Very bad experience. I will not return to that establishment.

This store is a joke called to confirm inventory on seal block came out to pick up didn’t have the 10 I needed.Stated they can put an order in with superlite block but will have to buy an entire pallet.People just need to get off their butts and confirm visually before wasting peoples time and gas definitely would not be a store I would shop at

Bring your patience with you, these guys have none. They are short staffed, and when it's your turn you'd better know what you want because you are going to get rushed through, and the associates are rude with every one. Unfortunately, after my wait and rude treatment they were out of the block I need.

I guess customer service isn't a thing here. They don't even acknowledge you or look up from their computers when you walk in, only speak if spoken to, and very vague with answers. Won't be coming back to this Mesa location ever.

Employees are great ifvu r a contractor - maybe But as just a. Customer they are beyond rude. Pioneer on Guadalupe will answer questions and not treat you like you are just wasting their time.

Went in today for an estimate and arrived at 3:40 pm the guy at the desk said he was unable to show me around because they were closing in a few minutes (they close at 4). In what world does it take that long to show me gray pavers?! I didn’t ask for a tour, I had one question pertaining to one color paver. I left with no answers and I definitely will not be coming back.

The people in the office are just dushbags honestly people only buy here because it’s the closes thing in the city I wanted to buy just a small bit of sand to fill up some pavers and the guy told me I had to buy a whole half ton he couldn’t just sell me a small amount of sand like what ?

On 9/9/2022 I walked into marvel masonry and ordered 600 sq ft of Belgard Catalina sierra pavers and the manager, Rick, wrote up the invoice. When I tried to pay, he told me he couldn’t take payment because they had already shut down the payment machines - which made zero sense to me but I took his word for it. He told me he would call me on Monday morning and take payment so my contractors could pick the product up. He never called. I called the store on Monday and was told Rick was out until Thursday. The person that answered the call could see my order in the system and I told him my contractor would be by to pick them up. My contractor went over to the store and Anthony told him that the product was not in stock. I could not believe my ears. Anthony could not have been more rude and unaccommodating but beyond that, I was forced to choose pavers that I HATE because I am on a strict timeline as well as my contractor and I had to choose, from the phone, one of the 2 in stock pavers. When I asked to pay with my card, Anthony said, “ we don’t take phone orders” and I said “well Rick was going to take my card over the phone” and Anthony replied, “well he’s a manager so..” - I was ready to come through the phone. I will never recommend marvel to anyone. I cannot believe how I was treated and how this company does business. It is atrocious what you people do and I HATE THESE PAVERS. I’ve dealt with some really awful companies but this one surpasses all. What a horrible experience.

Worse serves ever! I just bought a compactor 2weeks ago for $1000 they too k my money fast. And today I came toget pavers and was quoted over the phone $350 and when I came in to pay it was 3x of what they quoted and they said they can't do anything because it wasn't written down
