They have the worst manager in the morning that I've ever dealt with. I deliver food and eat breakfast often at McDonald's. This woman treats people like they are all scum I've never seen anybody treat human beings in such a terrible way and such a consistent I'm one of the most patient and polite people around I'm extremely pleasant in this lady isn't even nice to me she doesn't deserve to be paid a manager's wage. She treats customers like their problem no matter what she treats her employees even worse somebody needs to do something about her this is the only McDonald's that is consistently not concerned about people in the lobby strongly considering never going here again simply because of that manager is such a mean person

How you have a line around the store for drive thru and then 50 freaking mins at the window waiting for a order, on top of coming to ask what we ordered numerous of times....also topped with "I need to collect $13 for your meal" three times even though this is a mobile order that cost $36. You have people yelling at you for their food and honking horns. Then you put the blame on me and the 15 cars that have been waiting the 55 mins with me because it's our fault your short-staffed

I asked for an oatmeal and 3 Splenda and repeated it back & it's amazing that they put the apples & raisins in the bag I told them I was pre diabetic and yet the 3 Splendas were not in the bag it's not complicated to follow simple easy instructions Ina push button world I will never return to this Mc Donald's again added to the long list of them bypassed 5 others to get same results.& I have pictures.

This review serves as “proof” for the manager, Steven, for my messed up order this morning.Back story: a few weeks ago, I ordered two sausage egg McMuffins with NO SAUSAGE and my order was messed up. I called and spoke with the manager named Marissa. She advised me to come back when I can and mention that she said to remake the order. I am not able to come to this location but every once in a while when I work over here.Flash forward to today, I was in the area for work and wanted to stop for breakfast. I ordered four sausage egg McMuffins and clearly stated, NO SAUSAGE - JUST EGG AND CHEESE. I got to the window and explained how Marissa told me she would comp my two sandwiches from my previous order, the sweet lady rang me up and I paid for just the two extra sandwiches I ordered and my water.I get to work and see all four sandwiches with just sausage and cheese. ??♀️??♀️??♀️I called and a manager named Steven answered the phone. He then asks if I can come right back, I said I cannot.. I do not have endless time I can just drive around and fix peoples mistakes. This phone call also took place at about 10:15 am, so there’s no way I could have made it back by 10:30 (when they stop serving breakfast), even if I had the time to try. He said to keep the receipt and come back and he will take care of it next time. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT. He asks if I can keep the bag of food and come back tomorrow. I said I won’t be able to come back until probably next week as I don’t work over here very often. He said to keep the bag of food to serve as “proof of the transaction”. I said “you want me to keep a bag of rotting food for a week?” He said yes. I told him I am absolutely not doing that.He eventually said he would just write my name down and I won’t need to save the food until my next visit.I go to a different McDonald’s location near my house multiple times a week and they do not mess up my order, never have. I will be happy to provide a screenshot of my checking account transactions. I do not have a reason to lie to McDonald’s to get free food.So here is the “proof” for you.

This place is horrible. Managers and supervisor are not professional. The wait is long and the staff doesn't acknowledge you, you literally have to speak very very loud to get their attention.

Sarah, the manager, is rude & no one acknowledges you, so you stand there for a while before you have to flag someone down just yo get help. The fries 9 times out of 10 old. This place used to be good, but somewhere down the line, people started not to care about customer service & food quality vs. quantity. Corporate needs to wake up & check this place out.

Every time we come there is some kind of delay or misinformation.Today we went thru the drive thru at 1045. Was told no more breakfast. Decided to test if they’d take our breakfast order inside and in fact we could still order breakfast. Since when does breakfast hours apply only to inside? Can’t imagine how many costumers they turned away that drive up for breakfast. Inside staff nice. Drive thru person not so nice.And just realized. The egg was the wrong type than ordered.

Daniel in the drive thru is always so pleasant. He just makes the morning great because he is so nice and seems so happy to be helping you and seems like a happy employee. You don't get that from all fast food places. Some don't smile and don't seem like their happy in their jobs. Need more customer service people like Daniel. Thank you Daniel for always being so pleasant.
